To my delight, the broken tip was so well repaired, I couldn't tell it was ever broken! I then proceeded to have Bossert's work on my French buffet that unsuccessfully made it from FL to our house in PA unscathed. One of the movers broke a drawer and some of the elaborate inlay and woodwork had chipped off. My husband told me to pitch it but I called Bossert's after seeing how well my finial turned out and he came to the house to review the buffet. He said it would take some time to repair it and it did take quite a few months but when it was returned, I cried--it was beautiful. Not only did Bossert's fill in the missing inlay, fix the draw to perfection and repair the chips such that I couldn't find them, he also lined the silverware drawers with felt. I was so pleased and now my husband likes the piece! Since that experience, I go to Bossert's for all my furniture repairs.
