Not my worst experience at a Regus space, honestly. However, sick of the same stock photos being…read moreused for all locations. Wasn't sure exactly where to park but opted for the 2nd floor of the structure since that's where the office is. Easy enough to figure out how to find the office. No one was at the front desk when I stopped in, but after a few minutes, the receptionist showed up and brought me to my coworking space. It was empty though it looked like there were 2 permanent desks that may be occupied more often. One had a mug with old coffee or tea in it so not sure how often they stop in or the place is cleaned. It was quiet enough and served my purposes for the afternoon. Plus, it's centrally located to the mall and plenty of restaurants and Trader Joe's.

I literally was in the space to work for about 15 minutes and had to leave to find internet access at a local coffee shop. The app on my phone never worked. When I complained I was told the tech support team was in the Phillipines so it would be several weeks before they could help me. When I tried to cancel my agreement they charged me for two months of service. The GM of the location gave me the run around for several days and finally told me I had to cancel online. I did... they charged me for another month of service. In total I paid $200 for 15 minutes in a cold, loud, windowless space with no internet, and rude employees. Easily the worst experience I've had in a long time.

Katie Corcoran - Corcoran Realty - Gearing up to stage our next listing!

I came to Corcoran Realty at the recommendation of a friend after a bad experience with my first…read morerealtor. That realtor made me feel a lot of pressure to overbid and submit offers without inspection contingencies, telling me, "You can wait, but the market will only get more expensive, and you can't save as fast as prices are rising." After doing some research and reading the literature on Corcoran Realty's website, it was clear this was something they anticipated many realtors would do and that they felt an ethical obligation to ensure their clients didn't enter into offers that weren't in their best interests. The consultation I had with Katie and her partner, Cali, couldn't have convinced me more that this was exactly how they operated. They were honest, practical, and their advice made a lot of sense. It was my great pleasure, then, that the first place I looked at after retaining them was the one I ultimately received an accepted offer on. I worked mostly with Cali, who couldn't have been more knowledgeable or professional throughout the entire process. After such a stressful month with my first realty team, this may sound too good to be true, but I honestly felt like the stress of it all washed away once Corcoran became my full-time realty team. Dare I say it, the process became almost fun. Instead of stressing about getting a bad deal, I found myself focusing on how I was going to transition my life into becoming a homeowner. I was extremely happy with the deal and even negotiated some seller's credits, which came because I was able to inspect the property. I can't say every experience will go as smoothly as mine did - it's a tough market - but their approach was incredibly reassuring for a first-time homebuyer. I would recommend Corcoran Realty to anyone looking for a home, whether it's their first or their fifth. I plan to recommend them to friends and family, and I hope to work with them again should I find myself in the market in the future.

Katie is a fantastic agent! We had a bit of a difficult situation: we were moving to a totally new…read morestate where we had no lay of the land at all. We knew what we wanted in a house and a neighborhood in general but had not the slightest clue where to even begin. To top all that off, our move had to happen pretty quickly AND during a time when houses were selling the same week they were listed. Katie took the time to ask us lots of questions to get to know us, and she showed us several different neighborhoods and different types of architecture - we quickly realized that she was a Milwaukee expert. We eventually saw a house pop up and she went over there the very same day to go see it. She skyped us in and did a virtual walk-through of the house since we were still in another state - we really appreciated her flexibility in doing this. She did some research on the pricing of the house/neighborhood and we made and offer and got the house. I was super nervous when I saw it in person for the first time but it was everything we wanted. In short, Katie took the time to get to know us and our personal styles. She was patient as we saw different neighborhoods and styles of house and at the end of the day she really kept in mind what was important to us. Our situation was certainly not typical and I don't believe that all agents would've wanted the pressure of having a client in another state but Katie does not back down from challenges like that. I have full confidence in recommending her to anyone looking for a home in Milwaukee!

I read some of these reviews and I must say I disagree with a lot of what was said. I've lived here…read morefor 2 going on 3 years and haven't experienced any major issues. My apartment was clean when I moved in, apart from a few preexisting stains on the carpet, and the rent is relatively cheap. It's not the nicest place I ever lived in, but it's far from the worst. Someone's review said there was trash everywhere. This is patently false. Any garbage I've seen gets cleaned up within a reasonable frame of time, which is understandable because - in all honesty - it's only there because of other tenants being careless with their own waste and idiots throwing trash out of their cars as they drive by (which I have witnessed personally - it was a strawberry shake from McDonald's, for posterity's sake). The property as a whole is maintained as well. The landscaping is ho-hum, but the grass is regulary cut. For a building that was probably built in the Sixties or Seventies, the apartments seem to be kept up pretty well, or at least mine is that way. Carpets in the hallways could be cleaner, or, at least, cleaned more regularly, but I work 60 hrs a week, so I'm really never around to see that, I suppose. The windows probably need to be retrofitted too, but I'm not in construction, so don't take my word for it. Suffice it to say, the building is not a slum. That made me laugh a little reading that, to be be frank. Admittedly, I haven't had any major maintenance concerns or any complaints, so I can't really speak as to relating to the management, except for that it's a small staff. Any issue I phoned in was taken care of in a week or two; again, I've never had a major issue, so this never really bothered me. The location is a big plus. I would prefer to be on the LES or closer to downtown, but the rent is cheaper here and having the park and Milwaukee River literally across the street is rather pleasant. All in all, its a decent place to live.

It was everyday but Sunday. 6 years later, when someone knocks on my door or rings the doorbell, I still have panic attacks. Once, one of our neighbors (extremely bad neighbors) at the place I moved to rang the doorbell for 10 minutes. It put me over the edge and caused pregnancy issues. I have severe PTSD from this place. I am glad they are doing better. I hope they learn from this comment.
