After I graduated from the care of my pediatrician at the age of 24, yes 24, and started taking my first-born to him, I was lucky enough to find an internist for my very first primary care physician as an adult. So with that being said, I do my research and investigating on a very serious note because a primary care physician becomes part of your family and you literally must be able to trust them with your life. Dr. Watkins sounds like I may be able to just do that.

I had a hard time with my sinuses: a runny nose, a sore throat, breathing issues, thick mucus in my throat, and coughing. I stayed in the office for four hours while they gave me a full panel of tests to check on my allergies (food, outdoor, and indoor environments) and a lung test for my asthma. I was very impressed with their services. They were caring and helpful and explained the next steps to me on how I can improve my surroundings to avoid further allergy attacks. Instead of five stars, I give them ten stars. I am very happy with their services.

If I could give this practice zero stars, I would…read more The physician was knowledgeable, but unfortunately the office experience overshadowed any positive aspects of the visit. The administrative staff lacked patience, compassion, and professionalism, and I consistently felt that policies were placed ahead of patient care. If you have a child with special needs, care for a family member with special needs, or you yourself require anything beyond a straightforward, routine appointment, I would encourage you to carefully consider whether this practice is the right fit. Based on my experience and conversations with others, this office does not appear to be well equipped to work with patients whose needs require additional understanding, flexibility, or support. What should have been a healthcare experience became unnecessarily stressful. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion--especially when they are already dealing with complex medical issues. I sincerely hope this practice invests in additional training for its administrative staff so that all patients, regardless of their individual needs, receive the level of care and respect they deserve.

I Repeatedly have called his office , so has my other physicians because they need them .. He butchered me and left me with the worst scars that I have had several surgeons say they won't even do surgery to fix it ... TF also both hospitals have confirmed I don't have any records! So this Dr . 1 deleted them because he knew what he did .. Please do not have any kind of cosmetic Surgery by him . He was so careless about my surgery that the reduction scars are almost cut right at my ribs and passing my underarms they are hideous and I paid over 9k for everything just for him to make a decision while I was under to do the breast reduction but this JA put bigger implants in without my consent I asked for a reduction but he didn't care I was told I didn't look right with smaller breast ? Are you kidding me I paid for the reduction and you did the opposite! Also delay in medical records request from over 10 doctors and myself and this coward won't even respond!
