This place didn't deserve any stars. I was trying to make a new patient appointment and Alexis the first person I spoke to was rude. She said we don't take your insurance without even getting my insurance information. I called my insurance to double checheck if they are a provider and are in network. So I called back to try to make the appointment and again I got a different girl and I did say that I called my insurance and they gave me a number they could call to verify coverage but she said we don't take that insurance. I told her you didn't even check my insurance. I asked to speak to the manager and she passed me to Monica. Who got on the phone rude right away and said we don't have time to check your insurance someone will call you to verify your insurance..really... they didn't even get my phone number or name. This place is a joke. I hope the doctors read their reviews and see how their front office is being ran. They have very unprofessional people working the front office, even the manager was rude and just laughed it off, when I said , nevermind, I'll find another doctor, I don't want to go there anymore. read more

I can't imagine this place getting less than 5 star review! I switched from a doctors office after one visit because it was the oddest obgyn appt I ever had. Thr difference in the staff, vibe of the office and the doctor's apparent desire to help her patients was palpable. When I walked into Katy women's care Antonella was so welcoming and helpful I felt I made the right decision to switch. she helped me figure out how to do everything the other office didn't. Antonella is the right person for that position. There were issues that came up from my appointment at the other office, that I couldn't get answers for (Any I tried for weeks before I gave up and switched), that I got at my first visit at Katy Women's Care. I completely forgot about this office. I did go to this woman's center. Probably about four years ago. It was terrible. It was awful and then here we go. I needed a gynecologist. I went to call their office and explained my situation and I was put on hold forever and in all honesty and explaining my situation, I don't think they thought I was being serious still the same they really don't care about their patients. I think they kind of think they're better than everybody or something. I don't know maybe you think they're better than everybody that's what it is, but I got poor outcome four years ago. I was overcharged for 2 appointments and i contacted them to let them know and was told i was getting a refund. a week goes by and i haven't received anything, so i call. Whoever works in billing is one of the nastiest people i've ever encountered. She was going back and forth with me and told me that i had 15 no shows. Impossible! i've only visited this clinic three times in 2022. They made that up and till this day i have never received my refund, i was also removed as a patient a few weeks later. Hands down the best place to get your nether regions checked out!!! I seriously can't see how their ratings are as bad as they are in regards to customer service. From the moment I signed in and was greeted by Mrs Linda, I felt welcome. This was my first time here because my old gyno's office is in Baytown and I didn't want to deal with the drive anymore. I didn't print my forms out before getting there, so it took me around 10 minutes to do the paperwork and they called my name around 5 minutes after that. The wait was surprisingly not long at all. Dr. Sanders and her assistant, Yisleydis, were very nice and patient with me. I get very nervous when I have someone sticking a speculum in my hooha and they didn't get frustrated. The whole yearly check up was quick and pretty painless. I was able to ask Dr Sanders questions without feeling uncomfortable and that's definitely what you need when you're at this type of appointment. I look forward to going to my appointment next year and having as much fun as I did at this one lol read more

The admin here insinuates that I was not following Covid protocols - and does so without directly stating this in order to avoid libel issues. I always followed protocols; I wore a mask to protect myself and my unborn precious child before any government or private mandates; I stopped going into work and isolated at home; my husband did all the shopping and bleached down everything from groceries to packages that came into the house - it was not worth the risk to potentially cause my unborn son to be ill. How dare you? Your staff directly caused my panic attack, and failed to assist even after I informed them of my childhood sexual assault history and requested help from them! How dare you! After yelling at me your staff requested to end the appointment, and I was in no state to procced. Then you try to blame me, and insinuate that I wasn't following protocols? Love this office! Dr. Cleveland is very informative and made me feel comfortable choosing the right contraceptive that worked for my lifestyle. During the procedure Dr. Cleveland as well as the nurse there (not sure what her name was) made me feel very supported and comfortable. The office is very clean and there is never too many people (probably because of covid) the staff are very sweet and professional and I'm always in and out within 30-45 minutes! Honestly I would find another place. The front desk never answers phone calls and if you leave a voicemail they still do not get back to you. I have been trying for weeks to schedule an appointment and no one has gotten back to me. So beyond pissed and I don't even know where to start. I really do like my provider, Dr. Cleveland. She is very educated, polite and I have never felt uncomfortable seeing her. However, after today I will be going somewhere else. I took a day off of work (I am only allowed to miss 15 days a year, so it's a big deal to miss work) to come in for an appointment. I have been having horrible cramps, blood clots, and suspecting that I had a miscarriage. I made an appointment for an ultrasound to see what is going on. I walked in and both receptionists have their mask hanging on their ear. Not even on both ears covering their face, just pulled off but hanging. Even though I also work for Memorial Hermann (MH lifted their mask requirement last week) I was told in person that masks were required to be seen. I did not bring my purse with me so I was not prepared. I was told I could purchase one from them for $1. I did not have cash, only my debit card, so I was told to go downstairs to the pharmacy and buy one from them. Doing so would cause me to be late for my appointment, but she said it was okay as it would be quick to run down there. Ridiculous as the staff isn't even wearing theirs properly. I went to the first floor. Wasted a dollar on a mask and returned to the fourth floor. This is when they informed me it would be $400 for my visit and it's due up front. I was completely caught off guard as I wasn't told ahead of time that my insurance won't cover or that it would be a large payment due at time of service. I asked if I could pay partial and then be billed and was told no. This to me is very unethical. I'm already devastated as I am trying to understand what's going on with my body. Now I am being turned away because I can't afford to be seen. I'm also pissed because what is the point in a mask policy if your own employees aren't following it? And why wasn't that mentioned when I made the appointment? I thought this was an office I could depend on but I guess not. Very disappointed and I wish I could share directly with my provider. I will be sure all of my friends and coworkers are aware of this so that way they don't waste their time or money here. *edit: I just called my insurance and confirmed this was something that would of been covered 100%. I decided to transfer my care this office despite the reviews. When Lane called me, she had an attitude. She wasn't nice. I asked one question for clarification and she went off on me stating their office wouldn't be a good fit for me and hung up in my face. I've never experienced any of the problems other reviewers have. I just had my most recent visit last week. I was in and out. Everyone was polite. Still love Dr. Cleveland. While being efficient she never seems rushed and takes her time answering any questions I may have. I got a call letting me know the results quickly. f I could leave no stars at all I absolutely would. Was seen in the er and told to follow up immediately with my dr. I called and they said I could only come in a week later. The er called and tried to get me in sooner to no avail. I go to my appointment and my dr ask why I didn't come in sooner . I had to wait 2 more days for labs. After coming in at 8am for labs they said they would call before closing. I called twice to be told the dr was busy and would call me back. Now they have closed and I have no answers but constant pain. Will never return. Looking for an emergency dr to help me on this holiday weekend. Totally disappointed in the treatment provided. I absolutely love Katy Women's Care!!! I used them for my second pregnancy because I wasn't as satisfied with my doctor that I used for my first pregnancy and I'm so glad I switched! The wait times were very rarely long, I think in all the visits for the last year I had one wait time longer than the standard 10 minute wait. Everyone was super friendly, professional and just awesome! I love both Dr. Sanders and Dr. Washington!!! I have a 3-year old girl and she absolutely loves going with me to my appointments, everyone there loves her. She is always running up to the nurses and receptionists for hugs and during my appointments, they let her use her own stethoscope to help with my check ups. They certainly made both of us feel welcome to all of my appointments. My delivery ended up as an emergency c-section and both Dr. Sanders and Dr. Lin were amazing during my delivery. They helped me stay calm and understand what was going on why and I had to do a c-section rather than a normal delivery. I absolutely recommend them to everyone who needs a maternity doctor or even just a regular OB/GYN. read more

Don't go to this Clinic if you have two insurances primary and secondary and you do not go in for delivery or surgery - they only take the primary and ask you to file the reminder to your secondary yourself - this is applicable if you have a high deductible primary that would otherwise be covered by secondary, and you have a huge upfront cost (for ultrasounds) that you do not want to bear. I was in this situation and I was asked to pay the money before I went in for service. As a patient, I did not feel heard by my provider at all. I came in with a concern that was very important, stressful, and truly negatively impacted my quality of life, and left feeling very slighted by my doctor and her assistant. Not only were her bedside manners questionable, but she also took an incredibly poor history, if you could even call it that, as though she didn't even try to help me. At one point she said something along the lines of, 'so what do you want me to do about this?'. Sure, she may not have had the answers to my concerns, nor did she know how to give me any suggestions on how to address or alleviate my issue, but the least she could have done was show some compassion or offer advice on what I should do next about my health concerns, or even ask about some pertinent medical/social history. Rather, she essentially told me she did not know what the diagnosis was and therefore could not treat it, and left the room. read more

I usually have to sit a while before being called in but today was the worst. I got there 40 minutes before my appt at 10:15am to find parking as I was told parking is bad due to construction. Despite that, I was still 5 minutes late. I called and let them know as well. I got in at 10:20am and didn't get called back into the office until a little past 11am. I was told by front office staff it's because I was late. I know it wasn't true. I then get taken to the examining room where I was just left to sit and wait. By 11:40am I was getting dressed and left without a visit. At which point I was told it's because the doctor is running behind. At least I got the truth this time. I like Dr. Lin but will be seeking another doctor. If patients miss their appointments or run late by X amount of time their appointment is canceled and they are charged. I don't understand why offices are aloud to treat their patients this way? Perhaps then patients should be seen without getting billed. I don't like how this office does business. read more

I was seen by Dr.Sanders I believe and my experience was not horrible I just was not super satisfied. I loved her MA, very helpful and attentive but I did not feel heard by the doctor. I came in needing to change my birth control, but I was only told the options and I didn't really receive helpful advice on what to do next. To help my issue I was told to start taking the pill AND stay on my current form of birth control (which was the implant) but I don't feel like this was the best course of action and not a great recommendation to a patient. Overall I wish I got more attention and care for my issues even if they weren't big issues, and I think the service and communication with the doctor was lacking :( I come to doctors offices for medical advice but I didn't find much here. read more

I absolutely LOVED everything and everyone at Katy Women's Care. I had what some would call a high maintenance pregnancy and being a first time mom I had hundreds of questions. Dr. Sanders and Dr. Washington were so incredibly patient with me and all of my crazy scenarios. I had an appendectomy at 12 weeks- they were there. I was in the hospital 3x for early labor contractions- they were there. I had a crazy question- I received timely responses from Sharon through the portal or a personal phone call. Dr. Sanders delivered my first baby boy via C section and he is perfect. My husband and I are so incredibly thankful for the entire staff at Katy Women's Care. I did not have an easy pregnancy at all and I can't imagine receiving care anywhere else! read more

I went in after visiting the ER for a threatened miscarriage the night prior. They told me I would not see a doctor unless I paid upfront and they couldn't bill me. Considering I work with insurances I know that they have to bill against that before requesting payment. I had no choice but to pay and then was brought back to basically be told there is nothing that anyone can do and was handed papers on Early pregnancy loss as she told me she'd know more once I had another blood test ran which they couldn't do till the following day. I was charged in the long run for two visits when it could've been one. So without actually knowing that it was a miscarriage and not a possibility I was told that I was miscarrying. Then they informed me that I wouldn't get any updates from the blood test till basically the following week. The doctor told me I may have the results sooner as I had access to the portal then the front desk stated that nothing gets uploaded till the doctors review it first. I have seen Dr. Lin for 20 years. There is absolutely no other doctor that I would have trusted to bring my sweet babies in to this world. She is beyond knowledgeable in her field and keeps very up to date. I have always been extremely comfortable asking questions and she takes her time in explaining everything to me. She takes all health concerns serious and is committed to her patients well-being. If I could see Dr. Lin for all my health related needs, I would in a heartbeat. I would not give them even one star. I have always had a slightly bad experience anytime I go but it is the closest to my home so I have gone anyway for the last year and a half. The doctors are okay, the staff is not very friendly and the worse are the manager Crystal and the billing person. Recently I had a concern regarding their billing to my insurance and to say they were not helpful is even pushing it. They were less than helpful.
