I pulled my 7yr old daughter out of her hip-hop class after about a month. I grew tired of classes…read morealways starting at least 10min late and finishing 5-10min early. I also didn't like the fact they had two girls who appeared to be 15 or 16 years old teaching the class. it was utter chaos watching a group of 5-7 year olds running around, throwing themselves on the floor, totally misbehaving and then watching the teen instructors just stare at them. The class lacked structure, discipline and I wasn't going to waste my money on it anymore. I was already upset from the prior year when I went to my daughter's dance recital and watched another class of 8-10 year olds dancing to The Pussy Cat Dolls, "When I Grow Up". Yeah, the lyrics in that song say "When I grow up I wanna see the world, drive nice cars, I wanna have BOOBIES". Totally inappropriate and extremely negligent on the instructor for having chosen such a song for that age group and the management for allowing it. Not to mention the theme for the recital was "Disney and Friends". Hmmm. What? So against my better judgment I enrolled my daughter again because I couldn't tell her no, but after last year and the watching the incompetent teens let the class go to hell in a hand basket, I pulled her and won't be returning. Now, I did notice that there were "SOME" instructors that took their jobs seriously and they had order and rules within their classes. Unfortunately these disciplined instructors seemed to be only teaching the teeny tiny kids or the older kids. I recommend Fantazia or Deboah Morgan

A variety of classes are offered for a variety of different age ranges. This studio has one large room downstairs and one smaller loft room upstairs. Unfortunately the layout and location of the classes didn't work for us. My daughter took her 1st dance class here with another toddler friend. The class was located upstairs in the loft room, which for many reasons was not ideal. First safety, the stairs are tall and there is nothing blocking them. I felt that I needed to stay to ensure my daughter didn't go down the stairs. Second, The area for parents to watch is just a line of chairs in the same room as the children who are taking the classes, we found this to be disruptive and didn't support learning for our daughters. Third, the teacher was nice but there was a lack of strictness/structure. Overall if you have a toddler I wouldn't recommend this studio

There are many old friends as well as new ones made. Trinity also has a great teachers including Kelly, Miss Brittney, & great dance helpers. Trinity is an asset to the community. The dancers perform at dance outs in community events as well as competitive dancing. Trinity has a variety of choices, ballet, jazz, tap as well as hip-hop. Patterson is a small town and there are a limited amount of extracurricular activities for kids to do, and I am happy Trinity is one of them. I would recommend this for your child.
