I've heard all about eyelash extensions and I've seen great results on women who've had them. I wanted to get them done too but was a bit intimidated since I've never had them done before. My lashes are a bit sparse since I'm older and Asian, so I was a bit skeptical. Other salons start out at $100 plus and I wasn't about to fork over that much for my first time. Luckily, Groupon has a special for $79 and I jumped on it! I called and booked my appointment and she was able to fit me in almost immediately. Her studio is beautiful and serene. After signing the proper legal waivers, she brought me to her room. The whole process was supposed to take two hours but it took about an hour and a half. The results were quite dramatic and I was so pleased. I had people comment if I was wearing eye makeup and I wear mascara religiously, so it was flattering to hear! My extensions lasted almost two weeks. I really loved the results and I highly recommend Katrina. She's super sweet and although I was a bit nervous, she made me feel so comfortable. Absolutely amazing. Rachael is not only sweet, kind, funny, and professional... she is a truly talented lash artist. After I saw Rachael for the first time, she asked me in detail what kind of lash style I was looking for. I had told her I definitely wanted hybrid but wasn't sure what other "style" would look good on me. She said she would make sure to choose a good style that would fit my eye shape. And she did just that! She did a "Baby Doll" Hybrid Style lash look on me and continues this style for every fill. I am so, so happy that Rachael works for Katrina's Aesthetics and will continue to see her for all of my eyelash extension fills! You're the best, Rachael, keep it up! I didn't get to have my lash service but what I would like to state is that due to the 10-minue grace-period, and arriving just 2 minutes after, I was denied service. This was the first time this ever happened to me and I could not understand why they couldn't push back the client after me for another minute or 2. I've gone to plenty of salons in my life and I've always had to wait at least 10-30 minutes before my appointment. I understand if people are on a time crunch but ​it was highly unprofessional and un-business-like. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're worried about coming late. Note: I understand policies are policies but I got stuck in traffic even though I left my house early. It's a but hypocritical to deny service when the client has the wait but the worker doesn't have to. It's rude to be quite frank. read more

Came here because I am very busy and it is near my job ....the first time it took over 3.5for a full set and when the lash tech was finished there where still lots of lashes that did not have lashes applied to them. Second time the vagaro site would not let me book online and i had a different lash tech (sirenia) who did my lashes and they where too far away from my lash line so my lashes kept hanging in my eyes again many lashes with no lashes on them. I also need a fill a week later so I called the number and text a few times hoping to book with someone more experienced and there is no response or text back from the number they listed. read more

I wanted to get my eyelashes done for the first time since I was going to Vegas for my birthday. I'm very happy with my lashes and how long they are lasting and the look I wanted. Katrina the owner did them since the person I was scheduled with wasn't available as scheduled which was perfectly fine. It's difficult to write a poor review because I understand in this industry there is so much that goes into proper lashes and etiquette but it is also difficult as a customer to feel the way this salon makes you feel. I drove out to them after googling some new locations and finding they had decent reviews on Google reviews. I scheduled my first set for early Friday morning and everything started off fine, the lash tech working with me let me know it would be approximately two hours and finished timely with some time to spare. I had originally requested cat eye but with classics. She disagreed with me and advised my eyes would not look okay with cat eye because of my eye shape -- I was very confused because I have been getting lash extensions for 10+ years in California and Seattle and also while traveling overseas and never once received this type of feedback -- however, I agreed and indicated that I would trust her expertise but that I simply wanted a decent looking set and I could tailor it moving forward. She finished a bit earlier and I looked at my lashes while laying down. It was difficult to really see the flaws at the time as they were also freshly brushed out. I paid and tipped and went about my day. I eventually looked at my lashes in my car and noticed one eye appeared as though I already needed a fill. The left eye was incredibly full and my right eye was awfully bare. I immediately text the same number I had used to schedule and after a bit back and forth the response I received was that my right eye didn't have enough lashes and so the tech simply decided to do as best she could with the lashes I had and also asked for a photo. Again, I am so confused because I have never had this type of issue even at the most upscale lash salons. Why not communicate or advise that one eye would look this way even though it makes no logical sense as again I have been getting lashes and never once had this happen. I called them but kept getting a Google line and no answer. It was difficult to text back and forth as I was obviously driving home at this point but finally got a call back and was able to go over this and the issues with just poor communication and although the owner agreed to have me in to correct their issue she didn't seem very apologetic nor concerned by the fact that I had to take additional time out of my busy weekend to drive out and have their mistake fixed. Once I was in Saturday morning to fix the issue, there just was no real sympathy or concern and even felt as though Katrina attempted to gaslight me as she said that I had more lashes on my right eye and less on my left and thus, the tech tried to even them out so left the right this way (???) -- over the phone she said the entire opposite eye had less lashes. I was utterly confused and speechless to be honest. It would have been best to accept the mistake and apologize once corrected -- everyone can move on from a simple mishap. In conclusion, my experience was less than I expect from any beauty professional. Simply very inconsistent, unprofessional and definitely not a place I would recommend to my friends or colleagues nor return to. I do appreciate the correction although two days later they don't look that great and again, part of additional time I had to take out of my day and some bamboozling that left me feeling perplexed. I did offer to pay for the correction as well and she advised it was not necessary but I would have rather paid and not be made to feel as I was. Overall, I simply wish there had been more accountability and less shift blaming on me and my "natural lashes." read more

I've been here 2 times with 2 different lash techs. (keke and mckenzie) both are great techs! highly recommend. I love my lashes wispy and both of them did an amazing job. My eyes get so sensitive to the glue but I keep coming back cause they just look so pretty. They are also pretty affordable compared to other places :) read more

All of my visits here have been wonderful experiences. I've had both Katrina and Keke and both have been fantastic! I got the classic look during my first visit and hybrid the last two. I've been coming to Katrina's for a couple of months now. I've had brow tinting done first and absolutely loved the results! I've gotten lashes done as well and I've continuously keep up on them. So easy to maintain and cuts down on getting ready in the morning. I've had a few different ladies do my lashes and each girl was equally as pleasant and easy to chat with. I left very disappointed they did the exact opposite of what I asked for I absolutely hated them and she did not fill in the lashes because my lashes were "too damaged" and I had a bunch of "baby lashes" I've had my lashes done many times and I've never had this problem before. I can't believe I paid over $100 for the amount of lashes I got. They were very short and empty definitely not worth the 2 hours and most of them fell out in the first 4 days. My original lash tech moved out of town and referred me to this place. I took an appointment with who was available (Michelle) and had a rough experience to start. I asked to be accommodated because of my condition and she gave me a unhappy look like it was impossible to do. She had an overall unfriendly demeanor. I don't blame them for not being able to accommodate me so I go with what they have. After agreeing to their method, we started the session and she pokes my eye with the sharp utensil while taking my lashes off! I have been getting my lashes done for years and this has never happened. She apologizes but makes it seem like it was my fault so I refused the service altogether and got up to leave. She was very unwelcoming and will never go back there again. There was no consolation just it's okay you can leave. Just unbelievable! I can't believe this was my experience. read more

I'm honestly really just disappointed in the customer service here. I was supposed to come in for my routine fill and apparently my appointment was cancelled. I did not get a notification that she claimed to have sent me. But I did get the appointment reminder email? I was then told they had been texting me to confirm and had two numbers on file. If they texted BOTH numbers then this wouldn't have happened. If they had made a phone call then this also could have been avoided. As someone who has worked in the beauty field and has years of customer service experience this should have been handled in a different way. On top of it she asked if I wanted to reschedule as if I had all the time in the world. Next time stay open later and offer to fit the customer in after the client you're currently with. Offer a discount on the next service, something. Poor communication, poor customer service. I will not be back. read more
