I've worked with Katie twice, and will definitely work with her a third time, if I move again. Most recently, I was looking to buy a townhome in a specific neighborhood, where there are not a lot of options. She networked with other local agents, contacted current owners and went above and beyond to be the first to know when something was coming on the market. While waiting for the right place to come on the market, she patiently showed me multiple other places, graciously understanding when they weren't what I had my heart set on. We worked together for a year before I found the right place, and she never pressured me to make a decision or settle for something that wasn't right for me. Once we found a place, she has a team of experts ready to help- her team enabled me to submit an offer with a very aggressive closing date, to meet the sellers preference. I was able to close in three weeks using her recommended team and the process was made simple and easy. read more

Katie sold our old house for us. We had already bought a new one, so we needed to sell the old one fast. When we met with Katie for the first time, she had lots of data and gave us three different price points to choose from (based on her research). We chose one of the lower points hoping that it would sell fast - Katie pinned the market perfectly, our house sold (with multiple offers) in under a week. We also needed to upgrade the bathroom before we sold - Katie brought in a stager to help with reasonably priced suggestions, she also met with the handyman with us. She even helped us pick out fixtures at Home Depot. Basically, she was there for every step of the process, both helping us make decisions and assuring that we met deadlines. I could not have asked for a better realtor, I HIGHLY recommend working with her. read more
