I just moved here and was looking for a place to do my laundry.
The laundromat itself is clean and managed very well and the owner is pleasant and helpful.
It was the same employee that will keep me from returning here.
She kept moving my laundry bag and wheeled the cart I was using away from where I kept it every time I was there. It would have been different if I was gone for a long time but it was each time I walked away. I wasn't sure what the motive was behind this but she also just stared at me when I walked in or periodically.
But never just said hello and never engaged. This I could overlook, but the last time I was there, she started mopping the floor right by the entrance and it was slippery walking through it.
I normally can overlook a lot but it was the accumulation of these things that caused me to feel uncomfortable enough to ever consider going back.
I am hoping that this is taken into consideration that when you hire someone, it would be most helpful if they were a people person and actually made those of us who are there patronizing some verbal exchange.
Idk about anyone else, but I was uncomfortable each and every time I went there and it was not over just one thing.
Overall, the place itself, is great.
But I wouldn't t go back to feel this uncomfortable.. read more
