Good parking lot and fair pricing and the machines do a great job. Extra large machines make quick work of a 3 bedroom house of sheets and comforters. .

This business serves the function of getting your clothes washed, but there is always an issue. My issue with the Ye Olde Washaus locations, including today, is the maintenance of their machines. Today I used 2 small machines and one is working fine. The other has considerably less water, which I'm actually not surprised to see. Disappointing, but I don't really come here much anymore, I guess I hoped that some things here would be better. It honestly gives the impression that the owner is ok with the low maintenance... & I can bet that the owner doesn't wash clothes here to know all of the operational issues. I am not trying to bash this business chain, I just feel like they could be a little better. I would recommend this business but, just be aware of the issues. This time I took a video of both machines but I'm not sure if it will post!

They are courteous, professional, friendly and efficient. The store is kept clean and most machines functional. You have the option of dropping off your laundry and having it done for you, which is quite convenient if you can afford it. I go there to have my comforters done, which is only about $22 for a queen size comforter. Which is very reasonable comparatively. I highly recommend Ye Old Washaus! 100%

The only problem with this place is the atmosphere. Maury Povich is fairly blaring, and the jukebox randomly fires up loud music as well. That causes everybody else in the place to yell louder. People fight and bicker with each other. I was told, in the nicest possible way, by a 60-year-old lady that a white boy like me didn't belong in this place.

They messed up one of my shirts and when I tried to show him the burnt marks from the iron he just flipped out and started claiming they didn't do it and there is no way the iron can make that kind of a mark. He was extremely aggressive and in complete denial. It was a $30 shirt for which he could have just apologized or given some kind of credit on my bill and everything would have been fine, but the way he talked was simply appalling. So for $20-$30 he lost a customer who was spending $500-$600/year since last 4 years. I just don't understand how can someone run a business like this.

Years ago we realized that bridesmaids dresses for an out of town wedding were not pressed. 5 hours later they were pressed and properly packaged for transporting. I have tried other cleaners since I live 30 miles away but still travel to them because of value and service.
