This is now the third time I've had an appointment where I was left waiting at least 20 minutes past my scheduled time. I completely understand that things can run behind occasionally, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating--especially when I've made an appointment for a specific time and have planned my day around it. If you consistently need more time between appointments, then the appointment times should be scheduled accordingly. Customers shouldn't have to sit and wait 20+ minutes every single time. Absolutely ridiculous.

When we walked into her place because we happened to be in the area, we asked how much for a haircut, when she said $15, that blew our minds! Everywhere we had gone prior was minimum $30. We gave her a try and she recommended a high and right hair cut for my son and wow! It was fabulous! He's been sporting the same hair cut since. Every time my son and husband walk out of that place they look 10x more handsome than ever! She's very friendly and down to earth and prices are just A++. I had asked her why do you keep your prices so low when you're so experienced and does a magnificent job and she just said she just wants to be affordable and fair. She just gave me a great layered cut and added hair color to my dull lifeless hair. I feel so vibrant and alive. She's life! Went in at opening time and had no wait! I had Janet and she was super nice and humble. Wanted to donate my hair to Locks of Love and she helped braid and cut it to the length I wanted. Had a pleasant conversation with her. Washed and blow dried my hair. Never pushed me to get additional services. I would come back again for my next cut!

Appointment made for my son to get a haircut. Long list of items reviewed - arrive on time, one…read moreperson only, temp would be checked, etc. What they failed to mention was that although they are still charging $50 for the haircut (plus the $10 tip I left at the beginning on my card when I dropped my son off because they wouldn't let me stay) they won't style the hair. My son gave them a picture of what he wanted. They cut it and then told him they couldn't style his hair because they can't dip their hands in the gel / glaze right now as it's not sanitary. Really? Since when is it not sanitary to use a pump bottle, a small spatula, or simply wash your dang hands and dip them one time only? Must be nice to charge full price and only do half the job. We won't be back.

My stylist always talks things over with me, listens to my worries, since I have thin hair and works to make sure the cut I get is exactly what I want. The folks at the front desk are so lovely and helpful. They definitely contribute to the overall harmony of the environment. The whole salon is very nicely decorated. There are several fountains in the facility. Their sounds help soothe the tired and stressed. The furnishings are lovely and comfy as well. The Salon is pretty simply, but elegant. The washing area is quiet and has muted lighting, a nice touch. The spa area where people wait for mani/pedi and massage are very tranquil and comfy. I enjoyed the mani I got there. Service is the name of the game here, I must say. I especially like that I get reminder emails and/or text messages. I am kind of horrible about remembering my appointments, so this is exactly what I need. If you want pampering, friendly and helpful people and talented staff, this is the salon for you to go to. You will pay a premium for your services, but you will definitely get your money's worth.
