Our fall-back is to go to another part of town to Tractor Supply, Today, they had the cat food and litter we wanted. A truck must have unloaded before we got there. Along with having to maneuver our cart around carousel displays and carts with just-delivered dog food being taken to the front, we had to move 20-pound bags of litter we didn't want to get to the 40-pound bag we did. The young woman at the counter was both friendly and helpful. She helped salvage an otherwise annoying visit.

My buddy had not had his nails clipped in years and he always freaked out when we tried. Nervously, I took him to Pawz ; 10 minutes later, the job was done with actually NO trauma, no reactions, and excellent attitude. Ok, it might not be a scientific study, but it sure is true here. This turned out to be a horrible experience. First of all, this is the most expensive mobile…read moregroomer around. Beware of all the up charges. I was quoted $200 but my final bill was $276. You get charged extra if your dog has a little mat. The mobile groomer has a travel fee and if you have two dogs at one house, you get double charged. This was my first time with this company and my dog ended up with severe razor burn around his bottom. I called to tell them and all they told me was that they do 500 dogs a week and only one out of every 500 has this happen. I was also told that my dog had crusted poop on his bottom, which is completely untrue and that's why the groomer had to shave so closely. My dog sleeps next to me so there's definitely no poop. They made everything out to be my fault and they took zero responsibility. I had to purchase a soft E-collar and antiseptic medicine to care for him - another $84. So overall, this grooming experience cost me over $400.

I've never been to the actual store but have had nothing but great experiences with the mobile grooming. We've had the same groomer every time who services our area so your fur baby can get accustomed to her. It takes about an hour but she gets bathed, dried, cut, nails, etc. She always comes back inside looking so pretty and clean. They typically put a bow of some sort on her and I can snag a quick picture before she paws it out of her hair
