Our fall-back is to go to another part of town to Tractor Supply, Today, they had the cat food and litter we wanted. A truck must have unloaded before we got there. Along with having to maneuver our cart around carousel displays and carts with just-delivered dog food being taken to the front, we had to move 20-pound bags of litter we didn't want to get to the 40-pound bag we did. The young woman at the counter was both friendly and helpful. She helped salvage an otherwise annoying visit.

My buddy had not had his nails clipped in years and he always freaked out when we tried. You get charged extra if your dog has a little mat. The mobile groomer has a travel fee and if you have two dogs at one house, you get double charged. This was my first time with this company and my dog ended up with severe razor burn around his bottom. I called to tell them and all they told me was that they do 500 dogs a week and only one out of every 500 has this happen. I was also told that my dog had crusted poop on his bottom, which is completely untrue and that's why the groomer had to shave so closely. My dog sleeps next to me so there's definitely no poop. They made everything out to be my fault and they took zero responsibility. I had to purchase a soft E-collar and antiseptic medicine to care for him - another $84. So overall, this grooming experience cost me over $400.
