I found that to be the most interesting display, so perhaps if you've an eye for that sort of thing, you might find yourself something really neat. During my time in the store, nobody approached me or asked if I needed anything; the cashier did her own thing. I heard my friend ask her a few questions and the answers were all similar: "back there," "no," "yes," "have a look." I'm a bloody tourist. I love spending money on unnecessary things. All you had to do was get up, ask if I needed anything, make a suggestion in regards to what I was looking at, and basically close the sale by nodding and telling me it's a good choice and I can only get it locally. Boom. Done. $$$. Ended up getting ONE mini soap. That's all. It was selfishly for myself because it smelled of bananas and I thought that was pretty novel. I walked the length of the store multiple times looking at bags, charms, etc. Not once did the cashier try to engage with me. She hardly wanted to speak to me when I paid. Oh well. That's bad business. I definitely think there are some unique items in this place, but without someone willing to show me around, there's no point in me digging for hidden gems. I should warn you that the online tea list is often outdated and sometimes they will not have the flavor you are looking for. The owner, Elizabeth, will patiently let you smell every tea you could ever imagine. All the employees have a demeanor that is warmer than a fresh brewed cup. MUST BUY TEAS: The Spirit of Christmas (black & green tea mix with cranberry and pineapple bits), Princess Leia (green tea with peach & pear bits, rose petals), and Hazelnut Vanilla Black Tea. The options are truly limitless and selecting so few to call favorites is almost painful, but these stand above the rest. As you may have noticed, they make what they call "nerd collections" of tea blends inspired by Harry Potter, Star Wars, Dr. Who and many many more geeky shows. I'm not a fan of the crystals and reiki stuff in the store, it's an invitation for spiritual warfare but the tea section-- including tumblers, bagged teas, mugs-- is amazing and worth a visit!
