This is the ONLY bakery in Hemet that knows how to make a proper scone and light, flaky croissants. You'll love the counter ladies because they're extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their baked goods. I can't wait to order a custom birthday cake for my husband's birthday in a couple weeks. One note: the sweet lady at the counter told us they have a lot more pastries in the morning versus late afternoon. So tomorrow I'm headed there early tomorrow morning to see for myself.

It was just the right amount of sweet. Not too much, so it wasn't overpowering. The flavor was perfect. Sweet, with a hint of nuttiness. There are plentty of milk options, and a whole list of drinks I cant wait to come back and try!
