On June 7th, I brought a friend who was visiting from Washington to get IV therapy with me. We were offered a private room, and the staff was attentive at the start of our visit. However, after our second IV bags were connected, neither of us was checked on again. Both my friend and I fell asleep during treatment. I eventually woke up because I needed to use the restroom and pressed the call button multiple times before someone responded. When the nurse came in, she noticed my IV bag was empty and so was my friends . Once the lights were turned on, I could see a significant amount of blood had backflowed into the tubing approximately 12 inches from my arm. When the IV was disconnected, blood also got onto the pillow beneath my arm. I was told this was "normal" and the situation was laughed off, which left me feeling uneasy. After speaking with a nurse friend, I learned that while the blood backflow itself is generally not harmful, it can happen when an IV bag is allowed to run dry and isn't disconnected promptly. What concerns me most is not the blood in the tubing, but that neither of us was checked on after the second bag was hung. Had I not repeatedly pressed the call button, I'm not sure how much longer we would have been left unattended. I've always had wonderful experiences here, which is why this stood out so much. My hope is that this feedback helps improve monitoring, especially for guests placed in private rooms. A simple check-in and a more professional response would have gone a long way.

They said for the $67 that I prepaid, I could only choose one foot, not both. What?! I spoke to both the chiropractor and the staff and they stated this was their policy. This new patient special is only for ONE body part, and feet are counted as two body parts. What was supposed to be a $67 new patient special ended up costing $300--since each body part is $100 for 3-4 mins of laser therapy. I'm surprised they didn't charge me separately for the left and right shoulder. Plus I felt no relief whatsoever. I walked in and walked out exactly the same. Never again. Also worth noting, what they advertise is NOT what you get. I got a brief discussion of my ailments and the 5 min (or less) treatment. Where is all the rest of the stuff advertised?
