They request payment upfront then they just point to your room. So you kinda have to dress down to your comfort level, I assumed. There is a small light coverlet on the massage table. I laid face down but I guess you could lay face up depending on where your pain is located, again no direction given. The room was warm when I entered and the heat did turn off mid-massage but the room maintained a comfortable temperature so that was nice. Amy worked on my shoulder/neck with strong pressure just the way I prefer. She spent a majority of time on my neck, shoulders, and upper back. She did work her way down to my feet but the focus was on my upper torso. She did not ask me to flip over like many masseuses do, instead she kept me with my back up (which was fine). My sense is they want you to tell them the specific areas you want massaged so the more specific the better massage you will receive. Definitely will go back.
