A large number of ill folks, myself included, along with others there for new 2018 health insurance program stuff. People in the lobby were complaining loudly about the wait and the staff being behind. Once I was called back I realized some of the chaos. Rooms were switched to accommodate and elderly gentleman with a head injury and a Dr needed a special room. The staff nurses were charging without hesitation and the doctors were covering as best they could. We need to realize that sometimes they can get overrun but they are Doug the best they can. Keep up the good work. I'll be back.
