Received a message from a clinic I have never used only to be told by the NP I see there it had been a referral. They threw their hands up in the air and exasperatedly said they'd have to do it all over again. COMMUNICATION people! Have tried contacting the site manager with no success. She's either with an insurance agent, patient, off and tried contacting me once, leaving no message. I was asleep as I work nights. I feel like they are skirting the issue. Overheard the NP and the nurse who initially saw me speaking outside the room. NP said she'd been in a good mood when she got there earlier. Not sure if I was the reason, but they really need to use more discretion when discussing patients around others. Would NEVER suggest to anyone to go there for care.
