Because he seemed to understand, we agreed to pay the Watson markup. Court dates were missed, which seemed very unprofessional and uncaring. One was postponed by a vacation, and the other simply by tardiness, where I was the last one in the courtroom with no representation and the judge had to "reschedule", though I'm certain that's not the right word. I feel I could have gotten the same result months quicker and at a fraction of the cost had I gone another route. This is the most money you'll spend in Bozeman for a lawyer, and certainly not the best representation you'll receive. I would highly suggest going another route, Kayle Jackson is a solid Gallatin Valley option.
