I booked…read moreappointments for three people three weeks in advance, only to receive a phone call one hour before our appointment saying they had to cancel one person's appointment due to staffing issues. While I understand that unexpected staffing problems can happen, what was most frustrating was the complete lack of communication ahead of time. When I called to ask why we weren't notified sooner so we could have made other arrangements, the woman I spoke with was dismissive and rude. There was no apology, no empathy, and no attempt to accommodate us or offer a reasonable solution. At that point I decided to cancel the other two appointments as well because I didn't feel confident in the level of customer service we would receive. Rather than trying to make the situation right, the representative seemed unconcerned that they were losing all three appointments. Things happen, but how a business handles those situations says everything. Unfortunately this experience left a very poor impression and I won't be returning.

Improvement suggestions; ask before starting massage if any injuries and ask preferred pressure. A bit more time should be spent on front, laying on stomach for 70 out of 75 minutes too long. The atmosphere of the European Medical Massage & Wellness Center office is very CLEAN , friendly, warm, welcoming and inviting. LMT, Miss Vladka, was very nice, kind and caring. Miss Vladka was very thorough in asking me if I had any pain or injuries anywhere that I wanted specific massage therapy treatments applied too. Miss Vladka's Massage techniques were so soothing, and relaxing that she put me asleep on the table twice during my therapy session. She utilized a moist heat pressure pad on my back while she massaged & treated my feet & legs. Her hands are so soft, yet strong and therapeutic that I could feel the tension being drawn out of my muscles and released throughout my body as she was treating me.
