As with that kind of disease, you are shuffled around to many different specialists & when I found myself at the end of my rope to figure out a problem I was having, good ol Dr Justa thought outside of the box & sent me to a specialist that actually helped. As a family, we can't say enough good things about her. She is really an exceptional physician & I've had other doctors call her exceptional as well.

She is extremely thorough remembers what we discussed during my last visit and has been very accurate in her diagnosis. On a side note she also remembers my family members and always asks about my adult children who live out of state. This is a very busy practice and if you have a minor problem and need to be seen that day the nurse practitioner is always available, but if you have a more serious concern as I recently did Dr. Cotugno will find the time to see you ASAP. At my first visit to the office I forgot my identification in the car and staff was honestly incredibly rude about me taking longer to filling out paperwork. I also was measured incorrectly during my physical exam. The office dog was the only saving grace, but contacting the doctor or office while getting treatment was nearly impossible because they only had an answering machine, and call back protocol.

I've been seeing Dr. Bermudez for about 3 years, and overall am very happy with the service there…read more While I haven't had to see her for anything too serious yet (thankfully), for the matters I have been to her for she has been very thorough in questions to try to get to the root of issues and prevent problems from reoccurring. Having varied office hours throughout the week also makes it easier to schedule appointments around work. (The limit of this is the clinic is not open at all on the weekends.) Overall, I would recommend the practice.
