Usually it's the one male that answers the phone and he is rude and unhelpful. I have high deductible insurance because it's the best I can afford currently from my employer. He needs to be more sensitive to people's different insurance situations. You're a front desk worker at a medical practice in America, you should know how this works. Medicine is run by the insurance companies, not the doctors. I can't just pop in there for an appointment every time I have a question because it's $101 each time. I've had the flu and now a sinus infection for 9 days. My daughter was sick for the whole month prior to that. The costs add up. I know when I have a sinus infection. True, self diagnosis isn't ideal but in America, it is all I can afford. It's not like I'm asking for a controlled substance. Anyway, I'm nauseous and coughing and have a fever and I just wanted to talk to the doctor, dude. Not listen to your condescending bs about how she needs to know what she's treating. Come check out the neon yellow snot coming out of the left side of my face. I have a sinus infection. Update: I did receive the antibiotics and they were effective. I also received a nice and very professional email from the doctor that owns the practice. I really do like this practice so in spite of the Front Desk Experience, I'm going to update to 5 stars.

On a side note she also remembers my family members and always asks about my adult children who live out of state. This is a very busy practice and if you have a minor problem and need to be seen that day the nurse practitioner is always available, but if you have a more serious concern as I recently did Dr. Cotugno will find the time to see you ASAP. Even when you have those "can you squeeze me in" emergencies, they do their best to get you in that day or the next. Clean waiting area. All the staff are thorough and well mannered. The nurses all have a reassuring bedside manner. They also do their best to answer all your questions, and tell you which are best to ask the doctor. Both my doctor and my daughters are easy to talk to. They explain diagnosis so you understand, discuss options. They answer all my questions, and are easily reached if you think of something after you have left. They talk to you about prescriptions and concerns of side effects or how they might make you feel. I have been coming here for about a year, and I'm happy I switched from my last doctors office. Community Care is also connected with mycareDOT. Where you can easily access your health and your child's health information. Signing up is easy, reception has you fill out a simple form and they email you the registration link.

The business was supposed to be open until 5. At 3:50 they were closed. When I called to ask what was going on he was very rude. Needless to say, I will never go back there.
