The moment he entered examining room he was friendly and attentive. During visit he answered my questions thoroughly, even questions I didn't know I had. He asked both my husband and I questions to make sure he was informed of how I was doing at home as well. Dr. Rashid turned my uncertainty into a better understanding of what was going on with my lungs and my breathing issue. He did not rush our visit, instead took time and went abovevand beyond what I expected. I was quite panicky over my shortness of breath and my overall slow recovery before seeing Dr. Rashid. She was too busy to call me so I called my case manager to get a hold of her and she did .. khristine said that she was too busy to call me. I could wait a month for my test results. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would find a different pulmonology care facility, and I would make sure that that woman was not part of their group Definitely someone that's in it just for the money does not care about patience and their well-being!!
