Even when you have those "can you squeeze me in" emergencies, they do their best to get you in that day or the next. Clean waiting area. All the staff are thorough and well mannered. The nurses all have a reassuring bedside manner. They also do their best to answer all your questions, and tell you which are best to ask the doctor. Both my doctor and my daughters are easy to talk to. They explain diagnosis so you understand, discuss options. They answer all my questions, and are easily reached if you think of something after you have left. They talk to you about prescriptions and concerns of side effects or how they might make you feel.
