I was in my late twenties and had come face to face with my trauma and it's impact after years of just ignoring or disregarding my need to work through it all. I had never experienced Reiki before so, at first, I was cautious (of course) but then Claire connected with me in a way I've never felt more safe, more seen and more heard. After our first session, that was it, I knew I needed her energy guidance. I cannot recommend Claire enough if you are struggling in your purpose or in your relationships or if you just simply crave a deeper relationship with yourself. She is quite literally magic in human form for me.

I didn't have a specific issue to address, but as a person who strives to live holistically, I wanted to add Reiki to my "maintenance" regimen. I do struggle with chronic neck issues as I tend to carry all of my stress in that region, so natural alternatives to relieve pain and stress are important to me. Being unaware of how Reiki is administered, I really didn't know what to expect, but I put my trust in Michele and really enjoyed the session. It was incredibly relaxing and it's clear that Michele is truly gifted. I know some people don't like to be touched and for them, Reiki would be a wonderful alternative to a more hands-on approach to pain or stress management. I look forward to my next session with Michele!

When I first entered the treatment room, I was met with pleasant sounds and smells. Both Beth and the space were both so warm and welcoming. The experience was something out of this world and something that I would DEFINITELY do again. It was probably more relaxing than a massage. The hour session that I received seemed like 5 minutes! Lillie was kind, professional, welcoming, trauma-informed, and truly gifted. This was intense, but she kept everything feeling safe and manageable by offering numerous options and gentle conversation throughout the session to guide me.
