CCSF Wellness Center was opened in Fall 2008. Kathe Burick's Fall 2014 Saturday mix level tap dance 12:10-2pm in room 207 has a corner ceiling to floor glass window so it was bright with a nice view on 8/23/14 (1st day of class). Each student has a portable square platform to dance on. There were ~ 13 students so it's not crowded at all. I was able to see and hear her so clearly. She is experienced (to explain body mechanics in addition to technique), patient, and funny. I have a lot of fun. There won't be a class on 8/30/14 because of Labor Day. Last day to add full-term credit classes in-person & on WEB4 is 9/5/14. Next class is 9/6/14. We need more students in the class to keep the class. $46/1 unit class a semester is more affordable than studio at $15-$20/class. Students can take this for pass/not pass instead of a grade. Also, Kathe has a bag of pretty clean looking tap shoes from people who gave her, left unclaimed for students to use. She is as accomodating as a nice teacher can be. Her email contact is listed in the www.ccsf.edu under DANC 135A or 135B http://www.ccsf.edu/Info/Dir/cgi-bin/ccsfdirs.pl?words=Burick, Kathleen L&type=2&Semester=7&Year=2014
