Carryout was well packaged- self serve some of the 3 sauces to go to try. Green is avocado/tomatillo mix, red is hotter/sharper, orange (kickin/creamy) good. Decent sized menu but not trying to do everything- smart move. Because everything they do they do extremely well. Owned by a former White House chef and a French Embassy Executive chef, Chef Patrice offers deliciously hand-crafted madeleines that are glazed and free from any preservatives! I ordered a box of dozen madeleines (Strawberry, Orange, French Vanilla, Lemon, Pistachio, Oreo Cookie Topping, Salted Caramel, and Coconut), a financier, and some sables (French butter cookies), filled with Nutella, strawberry, and apricot. The madeleines were just SO good - they were soft, and I absolutely loved the glaze on the top! They last about a week, if you want to eat them warm, you can zap them in the microwave for about 5-10 seconds! Chef Patrice was so friendly and welcoming, and even speaking with him, you can't help but get super excited to try his treats!
