Called on Tuesday to cancel as had other obligations I could not get out of. Was told my $200 deposit would not be reimbursed..... $200 !!!! Called, talked with Shaterra and she would not consider my difficulty in having to cancel. A good business owner would have at least given back part of deposit. This is wrong. I cancelled in plenty of time for her to schedule someone else. I understood if I cancelled 48 hours before appointment,-- which I did - -I would get deposit back. I have used other permanent cosmetic companies, and no deposit was ever required. No "punishment" for cancelling either. Terrible policy and unwavering owner to not give MY money back. Do not understand all the positive reviews. Would never use this company.

This comes with a however; the ink to my new eyebrow completely faded. I was ok with that because I knew there needed to be a perfecting session to ensure everything stuck. I had an appointment originally on July 12th for a perfecting session. Unfortunately I had something at work come up and needed to reschedule. I gave her almost two weeks in advance notice as I do not like to change things very last minute. Jaqueline agreed to he change. Come to July 26th appointment, I show up 15 minutes early as their profile on Google states they are open at 9am during their days of operation. I got to the door and notice all of the lights were off and the door was locked. I immediately emailed Jaqueline to let her know I was there. No response. My appointment was at 10am and I waited for her until 10:20. I emailed her again to let her know I waited 20 extra minutes (after driving half an hour to this establishment from my home) I gave her my phone number in case I did anything wrong, but also included a screen shot of our conversation in case I made a mistake. Jaqueline texted me back with a very "sincere" apology as well as a nice offer and to let me know we can reschedule. I tossed out a date but received no reply. I waited an entire week for a reply because we're all human. I got ghosted. Now I'm out $300 with no eyebrows and no faith in ever going back to any type of establishment that offers such a service because my trust has been completely broken and my feelings hurt.
