We wanted something that was not your ordinary funeral arrangements with the standard funeral greens and lilies/carnations. I had given them some direction as to flowers and greens we liked/didn't like along with some basic color schemes. When we saw the arrangements at the funeral home, they were absolutely stunning! Truly works of art and exactly what I had hoped for without being able to articulate it in detail. They incorporated unique greens like eucalyptus, lemon leaf, and ivy with roses, hydrangea, gladiolas, stock, and even small orchids. Everyone remarked at how lovely and unique they were. The photo doesn't even do them justice. They also made the process very easy and delivered in a short amount of time, even following up with the funeral home the next day to make sure the arrangements were still in good shape and offering to come out and water them. They made a very sad time a little easier with one less thing to worry about. I would certainly use them again.

I do wish I had bought more... Inside, there were rows upon rows of gorgeous indoor potted plants. Some, I had never seen before. Definitely a good place to come to look for something special for your window sill collection. The lady working the place was very nice and knowledgeable. From our first consultation to the delivery and set-up day-of, we felt safe in the capable and experienced hands of this company. We wanted a ceremony that was heavy on the greenery and were slightly nervous to bring this point up to a company that literally has the word "flowers" in its name, but not only did they help us capture our vision, they provided guidance and expertise that really brought our venue to life and made our ceremony and reception as beautiful as possible. They were also super flexible the week of the event, responding some some last-minute changes and requests with patience and grace and still making sure that everything fell within our modest flower budget. Thank you, Fleurs Divine!

I can't say enough good things about how wonderfully we were treated and all of the flowers were absolutely phenomenal, adding a special touch to an amazing day! As a side note, my daughter-in-law also chose Fleurs Divine when she and my son married on 10/08/21. The flowers were spectacular then too. Please don't hesitate to use Fleurs Divine for your event! Preferring to support a local independent business rather than the FTD service model, I gave them a price, a general idea of what I wanted, and a great deal of latitude in putting together an appropriate arrangement. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, the arrangement did not appear to be worth the price I agreed to pay. I presumed there may have been some kind of mistake and contacted the owner. I was disappointed when her initial and immediate reaction was a defensive posture, but hoped that if I sent her a photo of the arrangement she might see things a little differently. She did not. She again defended the value of the arrangement. I set to task confirming my instincts with actual data by creating and emailing her a spreadsheet with a breakdown of each stem in the arrangement, the wholesale price of the arrangement, and based on the percentage markup of a comparable arrangement with FTD, what I felt was a fair price for the flowers. Rather than look at the spreadsheet I had spent considerable time compiling and actually responding to it directly, Michelle, the proprietor, lost her shit and started putting words in my mouth. But they were absolute nonsense. She said I was telling her she had a "shady business" which is not true and absolutely ridiculous. What I told her was that she was overpriced. If you're more expensive (and by a large degree) than FTD, you're too fricking expensive. She told me I was "extremely offensive," when in fact, I'd put considerable effort into confirming my general suspicion that I'd been overcharged and was never anything but polite in my communications with her. You don't need to take my word for it. I have copied links below to both the chain of communication, except the initial very brief phone conversation in which Michelle was also quite bristly, and the spreadsheet I compiled to calculate a reasonable estimate of value of the services rendered. If you are looking for a florist in the Hacketstown area you'd do better to contact Calico Country Flowers on Willow Grove Street. I had not asked my mother-in-law for a recommendation before ordering as I wanted it to be a surprise, but have since learned that she has used them in the past and speaks very highly of them.
