This business was referred to me by my realtor to do a final (not deep) clean up on my small…read moretotally empty ranch home that ALL the walls and cabinets had just been repainted and the floors refinished. They called the day of the appointment asking if they could come an hour early, I said great. The employee showed up and I began "showing" her (apparent language barrier) some things I wanted to make sure were cleaned (wiping out the inside of the empty kitchen cabinets). Even though there seemed to be a language barrier she made it clear she didn't have time to do that because she needed to pick her son up. She appeared a little frazzled (like all working moms) so II said ok, do what you came to do. She stayed very busy working her way through the bedrooms, kitchen and baths and was getting ready to swifter mop the living room. Thinking that the rest of the house was finished after about an hour and a half I told her to leave and go pick up her son. She finished the floor and took the $200 flat fee and left. I am not a picky person by any stretch but I went and checked and discovered she missed at least one ceiling fan and the kitchen backsplash. I called and spoke with Helen who offered the "canned" apologies.. Her solution was to send the same employee back out to my house which I refused because of the language barrier. The service I requested was not completed. I feel for the $200, I didn't get the value but I did get the aggravation.
