Well, I have hope in humanity again! Krissi called me back within seconds of leaving a message for her firm concerning my auto accident. My weekend just got 100x better because she reassured me justice will prevail! First time I've had hope in months that my case even though minor to most, will be resolved. I have been trying for months to get Fred Loya to pay for my medical bills due to their client rear ending me. Fred Loya has been nasty, condescending, and down right rude from the first moment I spoke with them. Brace yourself for a lawsuit if you use FL. They are dirty sharks! I've contacted several law firms in the DFW area and none want to take my piddly little case until now. So thankful Kastl Law cares for the little minor people who work hard to make an honest living (I'm a first responder) and can't afford to be blindsided by expenses from an accident that wasn't my fault. read more

Lost confidence completely. Felt pressured, dismissed, misled, and unsupported. Sad, terrible, rude, the list goes on. The only person that had sense was Amira. I updated my phone number only for them to lie and say that I didn't. I have emails to show proof. They didn't care about a kid being bitten by a vicious pit bull. Kristi doesn't care about any of it. She tried talking to me like I was a kid. No ma'am! Wrong one. Spoke with me about another dog bite case. That was none of my business. No quality. unprofessional, high turnover rate of employee. I do not see how she won anything. She came highly recommended, which makes the experience even more disappointing. read more

The absolute worst experience. Referred by another law firm, Kristina accepted my case for personal injury due to a very negligent 18 wheeler. For 4 months, Kristina refused my phone calls, never responded to emails, and demonstrated highly unprofessional, unethical, and unconscionable dishonesty. For example, when I sent an email stating my intention to revoke the contract, due to complicit disregard for my case, her paralegal sent an email saying Kristina was finally filing my case. IT NEVER HAPPENED. How could she? She'd never spoken to me! It was a blatant lie which prolonged my case as well as my severe pain and suffering. Kristina breached the contract almost immediately; her paralegal illegally obtained my VA medical records and then refused to return them to me. If you're seeking competent, honest, professional representation, Kristina Kastl has proven to be a complete failure. I have emails to substantiate what I've written in this review. My opinion is clearly freedom of speech and is directly correlated to my nightmare of experience. Feel free to contact me for proof substantiating my statements. read more

Krisi Kastle is unprofessional in several ways as well as her staff. I attempted to discuss with Kastle of several discrepancies in my settlement pertaining to double billed by Kastle and Witherite for obtaining medical bills on my behalf regarding the case. For the last 2 plus years, I had to call her office each week for an update and walked away with less than what was obtained. Kastle office was given contact information from me to call and retrieve bills and on each call Kastsle staff stated they were unable to reach anyone to retrieve bills after speaking to the staff at the hospital they informed me they have not received and requested which they were to file to obtain medical records. Mainly she claimed 40% of the lawsuit and I never signed a contract to agree to file a suit against the insurance company. There was no trial to even receive 40% of the settlement. Threat to keep the check and take more fees until I informed Kastle I never agreed to a trial and will hire an attorney and file suit for unprofessionalism etc... She then informed me, "Take the check get the hell out of her office". My brother advises ma'am she is not being unruly and you are being unprofessional. She replied, "I should speak to her that way but I am sick and she is not listening". I very calmly walked out the door not saying a word and then she yells next time be on time. I replied, I owe you nothing and to stop yelling. I remained calm due to I knew her angle was to bully me and cry as if I victimized her and attempted to cause me to respond with aggression based on my race. read more

A lack of communication with this attorney 's office with calls not returned; emails not answered…read moreor at best answered very slowly. I was uneasy during the entire process as there was an overall apathy towards my case. Someone was supposed to call me back twice in one week but did not. I signed the agreement to pay a reduced fine which is submitted to the court by the attorney. When I contacted the court I was told the attorney has not submitted the agreement and that was truly frustrating. In the final analysis, hiring this lawyer to "handle my ticket" was a frustration and something I could have done myself. Not worth it. I depend on Yelp for accurate and authentic reviews, but this time it did not work out as I expected.

The only involvement my husband has was it being his vehicle by title but again my husband had no agreements with the lawyer ..! David Sheves is an unscrupulous lawyer and people should run in the opposite direction. Instead, the dealings involve my father (dying of incurable cancer), who foolishly lent Sheves $629 to close on a property at closing, money which he did not repay despite kindly requesting it from him. Sheves is discourteous by not answering e-mails and phone calls. He also tries tricking people by providing them false legal information. Fortunately, I know the law better than Sheves does, but the fool thinks he is dealing with the bottom echelons of the socioeconomic ladder. Avoid this law firm and anyone linked to it like the plague. The fact that he does not put his photo on his website tells you he is hiding something. Sheves Delenda Est!
