I reached out to the office to get my proof of having the insurance and things did not go as planned. I was told they can only see a year back and they will see what they can do. I called back a day or two later and got brutally shamed by this Amber for even thinking I could get something as simple as proof that I was insured!? She started by saying "Like I told you before we can not go back that far" even though she told me we will see what we can do and I will get back to you and never did get back to me. I let that one go then she started saying far more rude things to me and left me in shock. I ended my insurance plan with them do to this lady. I did speak with Jim Todd the next day and explained to him what was said and that she did an awful job in that particular situation. Jim did end up getting me the forms needed to get reimbursed by my apartment but I had a hard time getting over how she treated me.
