Will from Aaron's Tree Service came over about 2 hours after I called. He was polite, shook my…read morehand and made eye contact when we talked. We walked around to check out the damage--I had a very large sweet gum tree branch break off. On its way down, it knocked off a bunch of other large branches, ending up hanging in the notch of the main trunk. Will walked around, pointed out what they would do, step by step, wrote me a detailed estimate, shook my hand again and told me when they would be back. The crew came back late Sunday afternoon (on Father's Day!) to take down the big branch hanging from the main trunk so that it wouldn't fall. They came back on Tuesday afternoon and finished the job. Now, comes the best part! I came home on Tuesday expecting to see a big mess of broken branches, twigs and leaves all over my patio. Instead, I found that the backyard had been cleared of all branches and leaves; they even cleaned off the walkway around the side of the house. It looked better than before!

The day after inspecting the yard Scott sent us a beautiful quote describing in detail every thing he was going to do and even included pictures of the areas of concern. The next day Scott and his crew (who were very professional and courteous ) came and took out two pine trees, treated 6 trees, trimmed a huge oak and fertilized some bushes, all in one day in extreme heat. My yard was over-landscaped by the previous owners and the driveway has a carport so it's not the most accessible space. Ex-Tree came and took it all out in a few hours and also removed other yard waste we had from our DYI plant removals. I just needed someone to haul bags to free drop off in town. Then I had 1 tree with a couple long hanging branches. He wasn't able to cut all branches needing cut as he didn't have his pole saw and never returned with it to finish job. I had small bushes I wanted cut down. He couldn't cut them either. Said he would be back to finish the jobs. However 2 1/2 wks later and jobs still aren't finished. It was excuse after excuse. He likes easy/simple jobs and needs to stick with mowing leaving the tree work to professionals. Paid and didn't receive unfortunately.
