He handled everything after I called my HOI company to file a claim. Nathan met the adjuster while I was out of town, managed all the work to replace the roof and siding/paint, then went far beyond the call of duty to match custom Victorian trim that had to be cut by hand. His insights into the extent of damage was 100% accurate when the claim came through and the construction crew's restoration work extremely diligent (with remarkable attention to detail on a Victorian house). Even with numerous weather problems, and navigating yard landscaping, Harry Carter far exceeded all expectations and repair timing. Can't say enough good about these guys.
