Ronnie Kashri won my auto accident case within a few weeks after taking my 18 MONTH OLD case.
Ronnie accomplished this after my first Radio Advertising Lawyer signed me up and then never spoke to me again, only to have his paralegal tell me he won't be representing me after 8 months of my requests for updates had been ignored by him, while being assured by his paralegal.
I lost hope after contacting at least 10 lawyers Los Angeles area that you would have heard promoting their services on other Radio and Television programs. Every last one of the lawyers told me that they never take cases after six months has passed from the date of the accident. This was even after the woman who did a U-turn in front of me admitted to her insurance company that it was entirely her fault, and I had witness statements.
I was sad and angry, and even though I had a top rated insurance company, and a policy that bundled multiple cars and home insurance, I didn't realize I needed collision on my old truck that I rarely drove around Santa Monica. I learned that collision coverage forces both insurers to determine who's at fault - not just so that the vehicles can be repaired, but so that the Insurers agree who's At-Fault, and that party's Insurer then takes responsibility for all the other expenses.
The accident taught me that because I drove without collision coverage - I was screwed.
I was so frustrated that even wrote a complaint to the California Department of Insurance - but DOI somehow believes that if the Low Cost Insurer doesn't send an adjuster for a year - that the vehicle should be in the exact same condition as the day of the accident - and any repairs will not be taken into account on the repair estimate - so DOI found the one year delay acceptable.
So - after almost a year and a half after the accident, the California Bar Association led me to three potential law firms. I called and emailed all of them, emphasizing that the other party admitted fault, but only Ronnie Kashri called me back to request further documentation on the case. Once he reviewed everything, he began representing me and within weeks my nightmare was over.
He even managed to get my "top rated" insurance company to pay up, which helped restore a little bit of my sanity and faith in the system.
I can not recommend Ronnie Kashri highly enough. read more
