The restaurant has a small parking lot that quickly fills up during dinner hours, but there is also another lot that is a short walk down the street where you can park. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, although the outdoor patio gets loud pretty quickly. I ordered the butter paneer, medium spicy, and it was quite tasty. There are communal bowls of rice for the table to share. The garlic naan is also a must - this is probably some of the best naan I've ever had - soft and doughy in the middle, crispy on the outside, and fresh out of the oven. Thanks to those who recommended Kashmir Indiches restaurant. I'm not an expert but I love well prepared delicious food and service. That being said, everything from the entrance to the exit was nothing less than supreme! Reservations are highly recommended as we were not able to be seated last night. Today we met with friends and vowed to our waiter Simon that we will return soon! They also have many vegetarian options. We were visiting family near Stuttgart, and they recommended Kashmir for it's excellent Indian food. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent as was the service and overall atmosphere. As a bonus, the cocktails were very reasonably priced! Also, many great vegetarian options. We only speak English, but that was not a problem; the staff was very friendly and happily explained the menu and took very good care of us. Kashmir has my highest recommendation! Anywho the naan, the Biriyani Butter Sauce was oooooooh so delicioso. Make yuh wannah SMACK sun'in. Lol. POW!!! LOL. That sauce comes on the side with there Biriyani Rice. But you can get it as if you were getting a Lamb Curry. I guess its called Buttersauce Lamb or Biriyani Lamb. Just be sure to mention "That sauce Tho" it's the Biz Niz Hun'Tee. Whewwww! Ok enuff bouts that sauce. Lol the lamb was tender enuff and the Butter Naan was larger than life size as you can see from our pictures. Place is clean and comfy. Inside and outside seating. Larger selection on the menu as well as many naans to choose from. One naan can be shared. This is a nice place for lunch. They offer a good buffet; the food tastes great and is hot and fresh, but there aren't very many choices. The naan is always fresh and very tasty. The friendly staff speaks English, which is helpful if you have visitors with you. The dishes are not made spicy by default, to suit the German palate, but there are ample sauces and Indian pickles provided to make sure you can season things to your liking. I have two small complaints: first, they complain if you go back to the buffet for seconds without reusing your dirty plate, presumably to cut down on dishwashing; second, they don't open until 12pm for lunch, which isn't the most convenient if your work day starts early. read more

This restaurant has a nice size parking lot so thats awesome, plus there is a motorcycle shop connected to it. Just incase you want to buy some motorcycle items. Kashmir is pretty big and they have outside seating. So this place is ideal for big groups. Me and my wife had one of the Menu meals for two and it was a lot of food. They started us with a drink with Indian rum and mango juice. Afterward we had an appetizer than another dish and another. Than the main course and after we had a choice of dessert or coffee. It's a great meal to get if you want to try different foods. Our waiter was rude that why this restaurant only gets two stars. I believe customer service is very important. We went with a group of 7 and of course we had questions he seemed a bit irritated. At one point he told our friend that he only has two hands, who says that. I have come to Kashmir both for the buffet and for dinner. First of all, I like that Kashmir actually has some parking - can be hard to find at other restaurants in the area. The location is really convenient too, right near B27 and A8. On to the food and service. We made reservations for a party of 4 on a Friday night. Reservations are a must, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Service was excellent and the food was good. I have come a few times for the lunch buffet with my toddler and here are my thoughts: if you get there as they open at 12 it's not so bad. We have even gone on a Friday and it wasn't crowded. To echo other reviews, the staff speak English so that is helpful. I have not had any issues with going up to the buffet a second time and getting a clean plate. I think the food is pretty good for the buffet, but not as good as when you sit down for dinner. I can always find things that I like in the buffet but my husband was not as impressed. Would we come back? Sure. The lunch buffet is very reasonably priced (7.80) and it's down the street from my house. I haven't had any issues finding a high chair like I have had at other restaurants. read more
