There's also a Chick-fil-A next door, though hotel staff mentioned they're quick to ticket or tow unauthorized vehicles parked in their lot... even on Sundays. That said, the hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and as a Hilton Honors Silver member, I was even given a small goodie bag: momma, I made it! Breakfast had a decent selection, including a make-your-own sandwich station, which I haven't seen too often before. The room was clean, spacious, and the blackout curtains did an excellent job keeping the morning light out; great if you're catching up on sleep. The hotel staff was so sweet to my younger kiddo and offered him chocolate, they were so personable to both young kids and adults. Even down to the valet staff it was perfect. I was here for business, and found there are a number of families that are staying here. So it really is a long-term stay place for some folks. That being said the check-in was very routine, Nothing out of the ordinary, and being quick and efficient. The rooms are arranged in blocks, there are approx 6-8 rooms per building block (divided up between ground floor and second floor). The rooms are very basic rooms, clean albeit seemed a bit tired. Room size is above average, although the bedroom is not divided from the living area, both are good sized. What is not good sized is the bathroom. The toilet and tub seemed to be squeezed into a small nook. Given that there are 2 large closets, you'd think that the bathroom would be/ could be larger. There is a desk/counter in the kitchen area, and while this worked for me being single and not having a family there or cooking anything, I can see how if you wanted to work and have someone making food, this would not work. The office chair would be in the middle of the cooking area. My only nit about the desk area, is that there is a seam on the floor, where the carpet ends and the tile floor starts, right where the chair rolls (or tries to roll - this is very annoying). Internet connectivity is good, although at expected standard times it slows down (8-10pm). I had a room in the 10 block, that unfortunately faced the small street, where there happened to be dumpsters across the street that were emptied @ 4.45am. I could hear my neighbors through the walls, but again, I think it was a family and the kids were a little loud. Overall it's a decent place, it's basic and it works.

We have traveled the country and stayed in many many hotels and this one by far exceeds any other. Not only do the have a great breakfast daily and a fun social three nights a week they are willing and happy to go out of their way to do anything to make your stay here better in any way. The place is exceptionally clean. If something isn't working they are there within minutes to fix it. Brenda Is the bomb! She is the best of anyone I've ever met at her job. She would even have my boyfriends cinnamon buns wrapped up on Wednesday morning for him to take to work before he even got there. Elisa was a joy to be around as well, always having your next beverage ready during the social and a beautiful smile on her face. Brian was also a great part of our stay always helping out In any way and making you laugh and putting a smile on your face. We are very sad to leave bc these people have truly became our family. I do have one suggestion: if you do stay here, ask for a higher level floor for your room so you don't hear the traffic as much. I was still able to sleep fine, but there were a few times. I woke up just for a few minutes and then went back to bed. One downer: The elevators were slow at getting to my floor twice which I thought was weird because I was in the 4th floor.

The biggest downside was the parking. It's valet-only and around $40 a night, which feels pretty overpriced. It's Dallas...not San Francisco. I would have been perfectly fine to do self parking. Just turn in when you see a Wendy's, and you can get there fairly easily. Your GPS might get a little confused though. The unremarkable exterior did not prepare us for what we found when we opened the doors here: double french doors open to a high-end-looking lobby, complete with library, several sitting areas, and a fireplace. Front desk is attentive and quick, friendly and courteous. We were immediately helped and on our way to our room within minutes. The room was clean and bigger than expected, with a full size refrigerator, two-burner stove complete with dishes, and a flat screen TV and super comfortable bed. We were nearly late to check out, we slept so well; which rarely happens for us in a hotel! The property itself is very well kept- there's an interior court yard with a gazebo and a pool. Wish we'd brought our swimming suits, because it would have been fun to relax there. Courtyard itself is full of green trees, grass, and flowers, and is well-maintained. Property also has a small fitness room, with towels provided, featuring a weight bench, treadmill, stepping machine, and a bike. As i said, we booked for about $50/night through Hotwire and were really impressed with the quality of this hotel and the customer service. Would go out of our way to stay here again in the future. Outdoor pool that looked nice. Since this is extended stay they change sheets once a week. You can take your towels to the front desk for an exchange. For 64 bucks a night, it works. A bit outdated but it was clean and serviceable. I think this would be good if you had your extended family visiting and they needed a place to stay. We brought our own towels, what they had was ok, just a little thin. Free wi fi, althought you could get an enhanced package and it would have run faster. We would stay here again. It fit the bill for clean, quiet place.
