I have experienced many things when buying cars, but I have never experienced anything like this. Last December I flew all the way from Europe to the United States specifically because of a car I wanted to import. Before traveling, I asked multiple times whether all the necessary documents for the car were available. Each time I was told that everything was in order and that there were no issues with the paperwork. Based on that information, I took the time and expense to travel there. I inspected the car, test drove it, and checked everything in detail. On the same day, I signed the contract and transferred the money shortly afterward. After that, the problems began. I was repeatedly told that they needed a bit more time to prepare the documentation. After asking 20-30 times about the status and when the car could be picked up for export, I barely received any clear answers. Then in January I was suddenly told that they had a problem: they could no longer find one of the documents required to export the car. They offered to either find another car of the same brand and value or refund my money. I tried to be fair and gave them two more weeks to see if they could locate the missing document. I told them that if they couldn't find it within that time, I would expect a refund. Again, nothing happened. When I contacted them again asking what was going on, they simply told me to send them an address so they could issue a check. The problem is that a check in Europe is essentially worthless and extremely difficult to process. I politely asked them to return the money via a bank transfer instead. Three days ago I contacted them again about this matter. At this point I have also involved my legal insurance and a lawyer, who are now preparing the next legal steps against this company due to their extremely poor and unprofessional handling of this situation. read more

This is a very scammy dealership, I don't advise anyone to purchase from here. Trust me if you read the reviews before purchasing from here it'll turn you away. This is an extremely dishonest dealership that has scammed many people when they come to buy a vehicle. They used to be known as "Godzilla Motors," but after causing so much trouble for so many people, they changed their name to "Karzilla Mortors," and they both fall under the same umbrella. Join us on doing a class action lawsuit this company is awful!!! read more

These people are real criminals, said they had a specific car we were looking for, so we drove 3 hours. When we got there no such car, so we went to leave and got a message asking for stubs, we said no cuz we were paying cash. Asked back in, then my husband turned his back Eddy sucker punched him, then continue to beat him. As my husband called 911 ALEX came in the showroom and told my husband he was gonna beat and held him against his will, my husband then told him he was on speaker phone with the police. Police came and the cameras "very conveniently" didn't work. We made a police report. However they stole my husband Costa sunglasses and almost our wedding band. Yes this happened! BEWARE of this business. Btw they have changed their business name twice before. This has been documented. They beat up a 47 year old man with a bad knee and a heart condition. Real classy smh read more

Bait and switch, came to see the 2016 red hybrid listed at $5900. Salesperson showed me the car and it was not a hybrid as listed in the photos. He said I meant the silver hybrid for $7900, which I definitely did not. Also told me the $5900 did not include $2000 upcharge which is different on OfferUp than their website. I messaged him that I could do $6000 cash out the door, and his response was "great", prompting me to drive to see the vehicle. I told him this was a bait and switch and a waste of my time, I never raised my voice or used foul language. He became very animated and agitated, raised his voice and told me to "get the F out of here". Extremely disappointed, very very unprofessional. read more

Everette was great! He sold us a decent car for our son, good value, works fine. He spelled out the price breakdown for us in a clear manner, no surprises, and he was a pleasure to do business with, as far as customer courtesy and overall attitude. Good experience! read more

Any positive review for this dealership is probably paid. Do not trust anything that comes out the mouth of anyone working at this dealership. For 3 days they had me turn in circles with the old switching cars bait and I see exactly how they work and just lie their way out of selling rebuilt cars. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and it should not even be licensed to service anyone in the state of Florida. These guys are nowhere near professional and that is starting with the managers down to every salesperson that works there. Their license #: RETL-000556-2021 needs to be revoked immediately. And the fact that they are licensed to do business in the city of Oakland Park is a shame for the city. I have been scammed by this dealership for about $2950 not including $30 that I spent when I filled the tank of vehicle right before they asked me to bring it back because insurance would not cover it. On February 23, 2023, I walked in this dealership coming from Miami not knowing better that this whole place is a make up for a scamming business. I was sold a rebuilt 2018 BMW 330I with recovered theft branded title vehicle by Jordan. I had my mother present with me on day of purchase and even when we requested Carfax several times. They would not even test drive any of the cars or tell if they are rebuilt unless you actually push them. Worst Jordan was requesting for my referred insurance agent who is the nicest person ever, really should have no business with these scammers on status of vehicle that he was selling. In this dealership, you are not allowed to talk because Jordan would hate to get management mad even when you are spending cash for a vehicle. Bottomline, just barely a day later after purchase insurance denied physical coverage because of vehicle history although the car looks brand new which is where they get their customers. Suddenly, I received a call to bring car back. I did my due diligence and brought vehicle back with promise they would get me into another vehicle with transfer. Oh, and be ready to spend day there if you are looking to buy a car. They transferred me to a 2015 Mercedes that broke down barely 5 minutes after dealership drive off. Of course, they promised to fix but instead took keys with registration in my name and tried to increase down payment. They had me seat down for hours and were going to try get me to close another broken deal. Initially, they promised to at least give half of money back but then since it got late and I got tired of hanging around, I figured out their game and called the police no one was willing to provide any services from there. Thought I had forgot my wallet in car, and they moved the Benz without even telling me so when I then requested for it, salesperson would not because apparently, I now had called the police sort of a threat. Jordan is so good at having you turn in circles just to get nowhere, and Alex is very good at playing his racial white card with police until realizing that keeping my wallet would lead to a bigger deal no longer just a civil matter. Soon, I called police the promise to return funds which I have recorded no longer exist. I will be taking this matter to court to retrieve my money back and this business should definitely be shut down as soon as possible and license should be revoked. They not only make fun of customers, but Alex tries to show off his Benz that is clearly paid off by their pyramid scheme business. I have him on recording enjoying the fact that they stole my money and would not return it... his words also recorded on police body camera " you're not gonna get shit." They switched me into a Mercedes Benz that was clearly not safe to be driving on Florida Highway. I returned the vehicle stating with screenshots to Jordan that the car needed to be fixed and video recordings clearly showing how unsafe the car I was sold is. And funny enough, I legally had the Mercedes registered to my name and I went back to dealership because Jordan mentioned that"yeah bring it in, we will have someone look at it "but never did. read more

Karzilla Motors - Request to have car fixed barely hours after buying it. And having sat down at dealer waiting since 9 AM. - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Oakland Park, Florida

I recently bought a car from Karzilla. Their motto is we want the buyer to be happy with their purchase. I'm not! They agreed to fix the driver's side headlight. This was several weeks ago. I have called and stopped by their business office several times. I've been put on hold for 20 minutes each time with no response. Nothing has been done! Please do yourself a favor, don't buy a car from Karzilla. read more

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They only steal people's money, when you come to buy, the reception is perfect, but as soon as you make the payment, things change, they are there only to sell, but do not offer any service. I bought a car there in January 2023, 4 days after I had a problem with the car, I contacted the seller, he didn't want to help me and then he told me that he there is no warranty on the car. Be sure to ask for a warranty in case of purchase. But I wouldn't advise you to buy from Karzilla Motors, because they are not serious in business. read more

Thank you for getting me back on the road! Go to Eddy if you can! I had really bad credit due to a recent divorce and lost everything. They were empathetic and resourceful towards my situation. And eddy was honestly really straight with me without all the added extra sleeze most have come to expect when dealing with car salesmen. It took some work but they got me what I wanted! I got a Kia 2015 optima hybrid - about 6 months ago and haven't had one single problem with it so far! read more

This place is a scam. They will put you in the car and take your money. Every car that they have has been in an accident or a rebuilt title and they don't advise you of that. They don't care. Their customer service sucks. Look at reviews on the BBB website. If you look at the reviews, you will see that everything that I'm saying is true. I even told them to roll back cameras so that they can see that their manager never told me that there was an accidents with this car. liars scammers be aware. And you responded to my husband, Angel Aponte saying he was not there when we purchased the car. He sat right next to the window at Tony's desk so you're a liar he was there for the purchase go back to your cameras you guys are scammers. Ask Tony he knows he was there stop lying and give great customer service. to your customers, .That's why I'm reporting you to the better business bureau. Everybody has the same complaint selling cars to people knowing they're bad. You are taking peoples money. You should be ashamed of yourselves all I'm asking is to be honest but of course you're not going to be honest because you are scamming people selling cars that have issues. You said my dad fell in love with his car. Of course he did before taking it home and opening the trunk and seeing a pool in the back. You never provided us a Carfax stop lying. You also said the car didn't have accidents. Go to your cameras, a better yet ask Tony know what he said be honest man. Beware. read more

I purchased a vehicle from Karzilla motors in February and I was approved for a car loan after giving Eddie Valdez and manny $4,500 cash down payment. after I signed all the paperwork and Eddie Valdez and Manny had my $4,500 cash down payment manny asked me if I had a utility bill from my address in Miami, Florida and I told him no and asked Manny SIX TIMES TO CANCEL THE DEAL and refund my $4,500 cash down payment but manny refused and then gave me the registration and put the tag on my vehicle and SIXTEEN DAYS LATER manny called and said he wanted the car back because I did not have a utilitt bill from my address in Miami, Florida and then manny and Karzilla motors repossessed my vehicle and I asked someone at Karzilla motors that manny has responding repossession's for my $4,500 back Manny refused to refund my $4,500 cash down payment. I immediately called the Tampa Florida FBI and filed a report with them and since then I have found out after the FBI's investigation that manny at Karzilla motors is a drug kingpin in miami, Florida supplying Southwest Florida with the largest supply of cocaine on a daily basis for the past seventeen years. The DEA is now investigating Karzilla motors for fraudulent activity and drug smuggling. STAY AWAY!! I recently bought a Ford fusion from these guys that has getting worse and worse by the day. I haven't even had the car for a week before it broke down along with numerous other mechanical and safety issues. The axles went out, the struts went out the, Lugnuts fell off of the front two tires a week after buying the car,Roach infestation, radio went out, parking brake will engage randomly and cause potential wreck along with other issues. Pastor, the owner, offered to fix everything at his expense with a mechanic of my choice, but when I sent him an invoice from my mechanic he refused to pay. Nor will he speak to me on the phone or answer my emails. Now I am trying to trade the car in and the dealership that I was trying to trade it in at inform me of structural damage to the car that was not on carfax report, nor was it disclosed to me upon purchase. I called Steve at Karzilla and all he said was "you should have asked for the history report on the car". They are unwilling to resolve anything and make it right, they want me to give more money to them as a down payment to put me in a different car which I will not do. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. read more
