I have experienced many things when buying cars, but I have never experienced anything like this. Last December I flew all the way from Europe to the United States specifically because of a car I wanted to import. Before traveling, I asked multiple times whether all the necessary documents for the car were available. Each time I was told that everything was in order and that there were no issues with the paperwork. Based on that information, I took the time and expense to travel there. I inspected the car, test drove it, and checked everything in detail. On the same day, I signed the contract and transferred the money shortly afterward. After that, the problems began. I was repeatedly told that they needed a bit more time to prepare the documentation. After asking 20-30 times about the status and when the car could be picked up for export, I barely received any clear answers. Then in January I was suddenly told that they had a problem: they could no longer find one of the documents required to export the car. They offered to either find another car of the same brand and value or refund my money. I tried to be fair and gave them two more weeks to see if they could locate the missing document. I told them that if they couldn't find it within that time, I would expect a refund. Again, nothing happened. When I contacted them again asking what was going on, they simply told me to send them an address so they could issue a check. The problem is that a check in Europe is essentially worthless and extremely difficult to process. I politely asked them to return the money via a bank transfer instead. Three days ago I contacted them again about this matter. At this point I have also involved my legal insurance and a lawyer, who are now preparing the next legal steps against this company due to their extremely poor and unprofessional handling of this situation. read more

When we got there no such car, so we went to leave and got a message asking for stubs, we said no cuz we were paying cash. Asked back in, then my husband turned his back Eddy sucker punched him, then continue to beat him. As my husband called 911 ALEX came in the showroom and told my husband he was gonna beat and held him against his will, my husband then told him he was on speaker phone with the police. He said I meant the silver hybrid for $7900, which I definitely did not. Also told me the $5900 did not include $2000 upcharge which is different on OfferUp than their website. I messaged him that I could do $6000 cash out the door, and his response was "great", prompting me to drive to see the vehicle. Any positive review for this dealership is probably paid. Do not trust anything that comes out the mouth of anyone working at this dealership. For 3 days they had me turn in circles with the old switching cars bait and I see exactly how they work and just lie their way out of selling rebuilt cars. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and it should not even be licensed to service anyone in the state of Florida. These guys are nowhere near professional and that is starting with the managers down to every salesperson that works there. Their license #: RETL-000556-2021 needs to be revoked immediately. I have been scammed by this dealership for about $2950 not including $30 that I spent when I filled the tank of vehicle right before they asked me to bring it back because insurance would not cover it. On February 23, 2023, I walked in this dealership coming from Miami not knowing better that this whole place is a make up for a scamming business. I was sold a rebuilt 2018 BMW 330I with recovered theft branded title vehicle by Jordan. I had my mother present with me on day of purchase and even when we requested Carfax several times. They would not even test drive any of the cars or tell if they are rebuilt unless you actually push them. Worst Jordan was requesting for my referred insurance agent who is the nicest person ever, really should have no business with these scammers on status of vehicle that he was selling. In this dealership, you are not allowed to talk because Jordan would hate to get management mad even when you are spending cash for a vehicle. Bottomline, just barely a day later after purchase insurance denied physical coverage because of vehicle history although the car looks brand new which is where they get their customers. Suddenly, I received a call to bring car back. I did my due diligence and brought vehicle back with promise they would get me into another vehicle with transfer. Oh, and be ready to spend day there if you are looking to buy a car. They transferred me to a 2015 Mercedes that broke down barely 5 minutes after dealership drive off. Of course, they promised to fix but instead took keys with registration in my name and tried to increase down payment. They had me seat down for hours and were going to try get me to close another broken deal. Initially, they promised to at least give half of money back but then since it got late and I got tired of hanging around, I figured out their game and called the police no one was willing to provide any services from there. Thought I had forgot my wallet in car, and they moved the Benz without even telling me so when I then requested for it, salesperson would not because apparently, I now had called the police sort of a threat. Soon, I called police the promise to return funds which I have recorded no longer exist. I will be taking this matter to court to retrieve my money back and this business should definitely be shut down as soon as possible and license should be revoked. They not only make fun of customers, but Alex tries to show off his Benz that is clearly paid off by their pyramid scheme business. STAY AWAY!! I recently bought a Ford fusion from these guys that has getting worse and worse by the day. I haven't even had the car for a week before it broke down along with numerous other mechanical and safety issues. The axles went out, the struts went out the, Lugnuts fell off of the front two tires a week after buying the car,Roach infestation, radio went out, parking brake will engage randomly and cause potential wreck along with other issues. Pastor, the owner, offered to fix everything at his expense with a mechanic of my choice, but when I sent him an invoice from my mechanic he refused to pay. Nor will he speak to me on the phone or answer my emails. Now I am trying to trade the car in and the dealership that I was trying to trade it in at inform me of structural damage to the car that was not on carfax report, nor was it disclosed to me upon purchase. They are unwilling to resolve anything and make it right, they want me to give more money to them as a down payment to put me in a different car which I will not do.
