Everything here was pretty good that I ordered. I had the steak fajitas, large guac, and 3 tamales. I really liked the pork tamales. They were huge. The large guac was pretty good too. It complemented my fajitas pretty well. The fajitas came out sizzling hot and fresh hot corn tortillas and beans. This wasn't my preferred thick strips of steak, but it was still flavorful. At the end I ended up getting two pastries in the case. 1 was a churro and the other a sugar coated donut. The churro was super stale... the sugar donut was soft and it seemed freshly baked. Parking was surprisingly easy, and once we got started, it was a block and a half of a good time. Now, we did not buy much, but we did enjoy seeing everything and talking to a few people. We were especially excited to buy fruit directly from the farmers! I got a bunch of peaches and nectarines, and let me say I have never in my life tasted such good fruit! I also tried the homemade strawberry & rhubarb pie, and bought the homemade honey with cinnamon. I also especially liked how the Farmer's Market overlooked Silver Beach. It was a nice time, and I look forward to going back before the Farmer's Market season ends this year! Using that phrase is ageist and what gerontologists call "elderspeak" which is full of condescension and very patronizing. This hasn't happened frequently so when it does, I usually just smile and move on. She called me that twice, apparently thinking she is on top of things. Both my husband and I love their french bread pizzas as my husband has been eating them since he was a kid. We will most likely be making this Aldi our regular grocery shopping place or at least until the location in Stevensville opens. The biggest con of Aldis is still that they tend to only have one cashier at any given time. That can allow for long lines but for me it is worth it. Don't forget your quarter for a cart and reusable bags for your groceries.

Great size for sharing, but you're not going to want to! So fresh, so tasty, and made with love from local ingredients. The cafe is located inside a "food hall" of sorts, surrounded by other local vendors serving cheese, produce, coffee, beer, smoothies, gifts, and more! Great atmosphere for cooling off from the summer sun and enjoying a unique lunch prepared by friendly, knowledgeable servers. If you're in the St. Joseph area, make sure to stop by and grab a snack! Or, I did. This person must really need 50 cents badly to actually ignore a customer and to refuse a refund. Your business will not last if you do not have the management skills to back up cooking skills. And this is a small area. When a customer asks you why you charged them something, they are not just asking. It is theft. I expect an answer when I ask that question. My receipt clearly shows a custom charge of 50 cents, for a side of sauce that I did not receive. It was actually supposed to be a dollar because I ordered 2 sides. I sent a message and was told that I was not charged, end of reply. I replied that I was. Instead of sending a refund, they sent me a copy of the current receipt that clearly shows a 50 cent custom charge on it. I am not the blind one here. I messaged again asking what the charge was for, if not for the sauce. No reply. I am also tired of tipping on takeout just to have no one check the orders and for it to go out wrong, no more. What is the tip for? It was 2 items, juice, and some sauce, not hard to get right. Tip in cash only if your order is correct. A normal response would also be to apologize for getting the order wrong to begin with. I have not received another response or a refund so I take it that they feel entitled to take money for items not given. It is not about the amount of money, just the audacity and bad business practices. Shameful behavior. There is nothing special about the menu here so something better will eventually take its place.

When is comes to grocery shopping I don't usually come to Martin's, but I do come by on occasion to…read moretheir deli.  I have been fond of the muffins near the deli that are technically one of their bakery items.  I also love their panini sandwiches, corndogs, and their honey mustard they have available for dipping.  Their salad bar has been updated and I would recommend checking it out but keep in mind it is pay by weight.  Their sushi is freshly made and you can watch the employee make it.  I am not a big raw fish person so I usually will grab one that is vegetarian if I get any at all.  They do have a Starbucks inside which is an added bonus.  In their bakery area I have always enjoyed their muffins, specifically the poppy seed muffin and the blueberry muffins.  Overall I have been enjoying Martin's for years and would recommend coming in specifically for their deli.
