It appears that someone may have smoked inside the vehicle while it was in their care. I'm disappointed because customers trust repair shops to respect their property. Smoking inside a customer's car is unprofessional and leaves a smell that is very difficult to remove. I hope the shop improves its policies so this doesn't happen to other customers.
