The staff here are caring, helpful and honest. Chris does the installations, his father helps with carpet selection and specifications for your location and his mother works on scheduling and coordination. Together, they run a great show and really take care of their customers. We love Chris. He really helped us find the best carpet for our home, tolerated our crazy toddlers running around in the store and in our home, our barking dog :) and also installed our carpets to perfection. He even drove back to the store and rescheduled our second installation because he wanted to make sure the job was done right. He even made two carpets for us out of the leftovers from the job free of charge! A big thank you to the Rug Depot owners. I wish every store was like yours. You guys are awesome. I liked it so well that I ordered an 8 by 10 identical rug (except for the size). I had to wait a couple of months to order for the larger size as it was not available until March of 13. I was a little disappointed when it came.The weave of the rug wasn't as tight as the first one and it seemed like a lot of yarns were finding their way out needing to be clipped.Obviously the quality was not the same as the smaller one. Today 7 months later, I regret having purchased the larger one. It looks like it is covered with fuzz like an old sweater from the 60's. The smaller one still looks top notch with no fuzz at all.

Last fall i had the maids come to my house to actually clean my gutters,…read more First i no clue it was them as i did an Angie search and they came up as another name , i forget the name whatever , so when they arrived i was like what ,they told me yes we do it all inside and some outside to an extent i was like ok it's the gutters and gave me a quote of i think $250 which is pretty darn good as my house is pretty tall and agreed upon the amount . I won't go up there, so the showed up a week later no issue started the job, there were 2 guys ,1 did the talking the other i have no clue what he was doing besides nothing, he went at it took about 4 hours. I can check some of the gutters as they are that high the other i can't but seeing all the crap, they pulled out i was impressed, they finish up and we start talking he said Steve i really messed up on this quote, it didn't appear to be that bad BUT as you see what we pulled out was crazy and it was. I could have gone down the road of technically this was the quote in which we mutually agreed upon so i could have been a jerk about it and fought it. So he says you know the time we spent on this was just over 4 hours , i said I'm in agreement ,what do you think u should pay besides free , i said nope you did an awesome on I'll give you $350 he was good with that , i was happy I'm sure they weren't BUT bottom line it was a good experience , they did a great job so that's why i gave them the 4 stars
