I have always had excellent service with her. I recommend her highly. She is local and very easy to work with, also a sweet lady.

Shirts were the wrong sizes, some even wrong color, sizes missing and there was not accountability on the owners part to acknowledge her faults, just tried to send more WRONG shirts. I asked for tracking and was told she lost the tracking number (aka she never sent them/lied) claimed she had to reprint them, again, and would get them to me. when we got them the sizes we requested weren't there and there was no communication on sending white shirts so saying hey is it okay if i send X size instead of Y. We're just supposed to take what she gave. I don't think so. I had to send a cashapp request to get our money back. I understand the small business structure but this is just bad business. Hell if walmart doesn't have what you want they at least ask you before substituting! Don't waste your money like we did, get someone else to handle your t-shirt printing.
