Her style was approachable and informative. The dogs clearly enjoyed their time with her, too. When deciding on a program I did hesitate on the price, but overall found it competitive to other programs and justified by the support we received.

I really appreciate that this is a family-owned small business and not a large chain like a number of the other local doggy daycare/boarding facilities. They get to know all of the pups super well. They are really "blossomed" the past year and a half in terms of offering tons of fun theme days where you can get photos of your dog dressed up and participating in activities (bunny ear photos and Easter egg hunt for Easter!) They also post fun updates to social media and have tons of cameras so you can check in on your pup throughout the day if you choose. They have helped me out soooo many times including when I have been running late for the pick-up or reaching out for a late reservation or an add-on service. The ability to be able to have Nora get groomed, nails clipped, and her anal glands expressed all during a regular day at daycare is amazing and so convenient. When we moved just over a year ago, we literally made sure to keep in mind the distance between us and Wag 'n Woofs because bringing her elsewhere was not an option. I've been taking my dogs here for over a year any time I'm going to be out of town for more than 3…read moredays. I like that they offer both group play and solitary stay as I generally prefer to keep my dogs solitary to avoid catching illnesses from other dogs. For the most part I haven't had any issues and am happy to report my dogs give this place two paws up without bringing home any major illness as of yet. I did have one time where one of them had diarrhea afterwards, but it was manageable and is just how it goes like how kids come back from daycare sick every so often. The staff is super nice and you really get the sense they get to know the dogs and are happy to see them again. I do wish the rates for boarding were more affordable, but they're comparable to other boarding facilities. It's unfortunate to see how expensive care for pets has gotten over the years.

Our daycare experience was great, minus some turf burns on his paws but our boarding experience was less than ideal. When we came back to pick him up, there was this "hot spot" under his chin/neck area. When I brought it up with the staff at pickup, they weren't even aware of it. The lack of attention to detail on my pup is concerning as you could tell it had been festering for a few days. I hate that I am now left with this uncertain and uneasy feeling about his care there. Major dog mom guilt :(

I have a high-energy, extroverted puppy that needs a midday power walk while my other dog is a shy senior who prefers short strolls. Somehow, Emma's figured out how to cater to both of their needs...simultaneously. My dogs adore Emma and look forward to seeing her every Tuesday and Thursday. Emma's also been a positive influence on my dogs -- they no longer bark/carry on when she arrives and are better walkers all around.
