He and his office are incredibly supportive -- the number of times I've needed to reschedule my follow ups or even come in during the weekdays in an emergency (chipped tooth, worried about sensitive gums etc), his office has always managed to schedule me in. I don't know how he does it!! They have a very efficient scheduling system via phone call and text reminders (of note, please make sure to not cancel within 48 hours - they say there's a cancellation fee but I haven't cancelled so soon before an appt before). Their office is so conveniently located in Westwood -- I always take time off and stroll from UCLA Reagan during the afternoons to make my dentist appointments.
