All the flavors were crisp and some sweeter than others. It was nice to also be able to get it off the tap to leave with a fresh cup to go. I'm a kombucha *girlie* and this blew me away. I loooove kombucha but I'm picky about most because they're often loaded with 20g of sugar. At Karibe, you can get it right from the tap or canned and for a great price. 7 grams of sugar! The regional flavors made it really special. Guanabana, passionfruit, melon, etc. They were closed for part of my trip, so I sought it out at other markets in town. I wish they shipped to Miami! read more

Very cool hipster-esque place. The owner is cool as heck - great at explaining the subtle differences in the products. You're not getting the steal of the century on the kombucha but it's still delicious. We got a pick-your-own box, and loved relaxing with the cans when we got home. That vinegar stuff has a steep price as of July2024 ($22) but was worth it considering the ingredients. I'll be back. read more

Karibe Kombucha was on my pre-planned places to visit while in Rincon and I'm so glad we found it! We visited 3x during our week there and I also purchased some of their Matcha mixes (mood boost and brain boost) to bring home. Love this place!!! Stopped by on my last trip to Rincón after seeing it on drive in. It's maybe a quarter mile from down town on 115. Very clean with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was super friendly and I got to meet the owners who were very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell they are very passionate about their products which are produced on property. I grabbed a bag of the Morning Magic which is a superfood powder to supplement my coffee. Great way to make a black coffee delicious and beneficial. I've had kombucha before but this stuff is delicious. Must be some magic from the island. There are plenty of hidden gems in Rincón and this one is a must! read more

We LOVED this place! We were in Rincon for two days and made a stop here both days. We all tried the kombucha and thought it was excellent. One person in our group had a cold and they gave him a shot of housemade fire cider to help speed up his recovery. Definitely get the Morning Magic specialty iced coffee they offer, it is cold brew coffee blended with coconut milk powder, superfood powders, and sugar (we requested no sugar to make it a little less sweet) - so delicious and refreshing! read more
