While in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico one of the days we visited the Coffee Spot and must say we were amazed and thrilled, the service provided was exceptional and the coffee & food were delicious. The decoration of the restaurant is very cute and homey. *Coffees we had the Chai Latte, Mocha, Mochaccino, and Hot Chocolate this was the cutes with the flowers made in the chocolate all beautifully served with such detail. *Food We all had the Ham, Egg, and cheese sandwich in their Puerto Rican bread so good. I want to love this place because the food tasted great, but the service was highly disappointing. Our wait time for food was nearly an hour. During this time, we watched other tables receive their orders before us despite arriving later. The servers appeared scattered and all over the place. Service was slow, the bread was old. Pancakes were very doughy. The decor was nice and they had a piano player on site which was pretty cool. Overall the food was not very good. Maybe we caught them on an off day, but I don't think we will be back to try them again. read more

Popped into the Coffee Spot right after opening during a holiday week. We enjoyed breakfast and coffees. Folks working that morning were fantastic, they managed to help us navigate the menu and our significant inability to communicate well in Spanish. Kids had waffles and scrambled eggs both of which were fantastic. We had lattes and omelets, both of which were also great. The Coffee Spot was a fantastic little coffee shop with able parking and tons of different seating options as we headed to Aguadilla for snorkeling and swimming early in the morning. read more

The place opens at 7:00 am. We arrived at 7:25 and sat for about 15 -20 minutes while the lady counted the money on the register and had conversations with a person she knew. She didn't wash her hands and then came to take our order. At that time I was just so disgusted we changed our minds about ordering a meal. Instead I ordered a coffee and a tea and someone else came in and she made her a coffee while we were still waiting for ours. Wtf? Why did she make hers first knowing we have been waiting here for over 20 minutes? ?? This is the worst customer service I have experienced in Puerto Rico. Looks like she was by herself but complaining and chatting a about it and getting on her cell does not make up for it. I was so turned off I am not coming back here again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely horrible place. Quality isn't very good, and they scammed me out of a few bucks. When I tried to get things sorted they basically told me it was all impossible to do anything and that the owners were secret (they list the owners on their website....) Their customer service is the sound of a phone hanging up..... If you are looking to fight for a sandwich with anything actually on it, then this is the place for you. read more

Honestly not the best. The food looks good, but it was mid. We didn't order coffee, but the food didn't have much flavor and wasn't very good. You have to go up to the counter to order, so not the greatest service. We had to sit outside because it was freezing inside, but windy outside. read more

Hands down much better than Starbucks. Their "house" coffee was some of the best I have tried. Service was quick, place was clean and employees were very nice and informative. This wonderful place ruined my carefully laid shopping plans. After a late flight, I stopped here for "fuel" and a quick bite before grocery shopping for my rental villa. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff was courteous and my meal - a delicious chicken sausage omelet with a mocha chino really hit the spot. They use pay apps so I didn't have to dig around in my wallet. I'm revamping my list so that I'll have warm breakfast here and cereal breakfasts at my rental. It was just that good. Great little place! My girls and I stopped here after traveling for 12 hours. We were tired and hungry. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. I had an omelette and an iced chai. My omelette was less than $6 and came with bread. Iced chai was perfect. My friends got pizza, which was on bread and they really enjoyed their food too. The inside was cozy.
