I was switched to another OK doc who I saw in July in person for a physical. At the end of August, my rx ran out for routine maintenance meds I had been taking for more than 10 years--including a statin and a high blood pressure med. My new doc was unavailable--and the owner, Dr. Cardiello, refused to refill my meds without an inperson visit. I made an appointment for 2 weeks later--as soon as I could get off work and get to the office. I explained nicely my problem and that my meds would still run out before I could make my appointment...would they please refill anyway since I had been getting those meds prescribed by this practice for years already. He still refused and would rather leave me with no medicine than refill before I could see him. Again, even though I had been going there for years and my meds hadn't changed! No deal. I will not go off my meds or drastically jump thru hopes to get time off at work to get rx filled by a doc who wants to hold them hostage. I made a telemedicine apt elsewhere and my rx were refilled within the hour. And I will not be back to this rude, uncaring dump were patient health and safety is not a concern--they just want to charge you for visits and can't work with long term patients in times of need. Do yourself a favor and pick any other practice than this one. They don't care about you...you are just a $ in their accounting books. What a joke...

He has taken care of my family for years and is even very good with my elderly parents with all the time & attention they require, he is ALWAYS there. I can't imagine going anywhere else. It took a long time to find a good Dr & so grateful we did. His staff is also patient (rare these days) & always assists when necessary in timely manner.

After the 3rd time of being put on hold without even acknowledging who I was or why I called or even asking if I could please hold, I hung up, waited 10 minutes and called back to receive the exact same treatment of being put on hold without even a courtesy "please hold".

She remembers specifics about my health from visits an entire year prior, and she's so friendly and personable that I really feel valued as a patient. Dr. Sidali has excellent bedside manner and is incredibly attentive to the needs of his patients. His office also offers lots of amenities so that way it adds convenience and eliminates having to go to multiple specialists just to complete an annual physical. The nurses and staff there are also very kind, competent and tactful, the kind of people you want around you when you are not well. The parking is very limited, given the locale and the office itself could be a bit bigger to accommodate the amount of patients that visit, otherwise this is an excellent practice.
