After days of camping, we were craving a change and stumbled upon this cozy shop in Mindemoya. It serves a variety of coffee, smoothies, pastries, and even matcha! My partner and I ordered the matcha frappe and salted caramel mocha. The matcha was delicious and tasted like a sweetened matcha frappe similar to what Starbucks serves. The salted caramel mocha was amazing, but it was a bit too sweet for me. Next time, I'll ask for half-sweetened. Overall, this cafe is simply amazing in Mindemoya. To be honest, I couldn't tell the difference between the two. I was a little disappointed with the butter tarts when I picked them up. Some looked burnt and they were all cold. I picked up the box of butter tarts at 10am, so it was just an hour after the bakery opened. I was disappointed when I bit into the first tart. The filling was extremely sticky and congealed and stuck to the roof of my mouth. It wasn't the gooey soft filling that I was expecting.
