First I want to say Dennis's wife is a sweet lady and I love the way she does my feet and nails. I went this past Tuseday and I don't like the way Dennis spoke to me when I told him that I didn't want to get gel polish on my toes. It seem he became upset and told me that "We make more money with gel polish". I wanted to say and "I save more money not getting gel", especially if you all want to charge $5 to remove gel polish. Then he kind of went back and forth with me for a minute and was kind of aggressive. He needs some customer service skills bad! Does anyone know if that's normal for nails shops to charge $5 to remove gel polish?
