He doesn't come off as caring, he's not very personable, and I just didn't get a good feeling from him. I had my second visit with him today, and it was terrible. I told him my problem, he asked a couple questions, did a brief exam, then prescribed some medication. I then let him know I had something else to discuss, and he told me I couldn't. He said, "with these 15 minute ones, they want me to stick to one thing". He then said, well if it's quick I can try to help, while standing at the partially open door. Of course I declined at that point. He then said "they want us to do one thing well instead of two things shitty". I felt totally rushed and uncomfortable, and I was actually taken back by his remark. IMO we don't know each other well enough to use cuss words in a professional setting. Especially when I'm on the losing side of the conversation. I've never had a doctor that refused to help me. I could possibly understand if we were close to the 15 minute mark, but we weren't. I spoke with him for less than 10 minutes.This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's appointment, and I will not be returning. The rest of the staff is warm and friendly. Dr. Lee is located off Wesley Chapel on Snapfinger. Outside the office is rather unassuming and there was plenty of parking within a few steps of her door. I was greeted by the receptionist/front office person.. Linda. Then I spent a few minutes completing my paperwork. Afterwards my vitals were taken in an examination room and Dr. Lee came in for my appointment. Our visit was great! Really personable and professional.
