Scissor Bird butcheted the gown. When I called Pinpoint on a day they were closed (and they still answered their phone) they told me to immediately bring in the dress and they will see what they can do. This was a week before the wedding. The girls spent over an hour with me trying to figure how they were going to repair what Marta destroyed. And you know what they did! I am so grateful for their attention to detail and for taking a horrble situation and making it right! Thank you so much!!!

Do not go here! This place is really bad!!! They charged $13 to press and clean shirts. I had them…read moredo several polos and they ended up shrinking 3 from XL to youth small. I mean I couldn't even get them on. One that did go one, the bottom was well above my belly button. When I brought them back to have the manager address the issue, he called and left a message that he stretched them all out and that is a requirement for all polyester. Are you kidding me? These shirts were so far gone, no amount of stretching was going to salvage them. Not only did he not reimburse me for the damage caused, he wouldn't even reimburse me for the cost I paid him to ruin my shirts. F this place and I will be sure to let everyone know this. To add, all the other clothes they pressed had an insane amount of static. I have dry cleaned my clothes for a very long time, this was the first and last time I'll go here.

I literally called 5 minutes before they were expected to close and she did not rush me through our conversation. She was also kind enough to mention that they were staying a little longer past closing time too because of how busy they were. This was great because I really wasn't expecting to drop it off that day. I wish I remembered her name but she was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to chat with. She made the experience more enjoyable. When I arrived at the shop she looked at my coat and gave me a very reasonable ETA. It was Friday and they told me it would be ready by Tuesday!! How incredibly efficient is that? I didn't need to pick it up until Friday but I was pleasantly impressed by the quick turnaround. When I picked up my coat, it was brighter and more beautiful than when I dropped it off. She even mentioned the little stain they had tried to get out. I didn't even notice it but appreciated the attention to detail. Great place and I will continue to drop off more stuff! Only pro tip is the location. The location says it's located right off of SW division but it's actually on the backside of that street. It's behind that plaza. Go a little pass the plaza and make a right before you get to the light. It's in between the two shopping centers. You won't be disappointed. I love great customer service and I will always give positive reviews to the ones that deserve it.
